Chapter 33 THE LONG HAUL

A/n: I am so sorry everyone. The book isn't on hold and I will try to fix and continue it now. I do have some questions though. Are my chapters out of order for you all? Or is it just me? And!!! Thank you Classy-Nessi. I freaking had to reread my book and kept laughing at the comments :3)

Y/n's POV
I woke up feeling weight on me. I yawned and looked to see that all three girls were against me. The tv was on on some random channel and I looked around to see that Amber was awake. I gently kissed her head surprising her as she looked at me and smiled with a blush. She hugged me and gently kissed my cheek. This was still new to all of us but she got up and I gently set Neo to the side where Amber once was before gently leaning Silver against the couch, freeing me. I stood up and stretched, feeling a lot better. Amber hugged me again before pulling me to the kitchen and whispering.

Amber: Please make breakfast.

I nodded and she smiled before hugging me.

Amber: I am going to take a shower.

I watched her walk away before starting to gather ingredients. I decided to make french toast so I mixed the eggs, spices and milk before soaking bread into it and starting to fry them. This was a quick breakfast and I knew I would have to wake up the other two as much as I didn't want to. Or, I thought I was going to have to but the hug caught me off guard. I could still hear the shower so I knew it wasn't Amber.

Silver: Morning Y/n.

I turned to her and hugged her, watching her tail start to wag.

Me: You didn't have a tail yesterday.

Silver: I change my look everyday.

Me: Why?

Silver: S-so... I can find what I like. Mhmm. Totally that.

I tilted my head.

Me: Okay? Well, it is cute.

She smiled and blushed before letting go and jumping into the couch, waking up Neo. She didn't notice as she hid her face, trying to hide her blush. Neo grumbled silently before smelling the food and looking at me. I smiled and held my arms open for her. She shook her head and I tilted my head before going back to making the food. Well, until Neo jumped into my back like a koala bear. She nuzzled her head into my back.

Me: Good morning Neo.

Neo rested her head on my shoulder, watching me cook. I hummed and kept cooking until I had breakfast ready. I set the food onto plates and smiled before setting them on the table. Silver walked up to the table and was about to sit down until I stopped her.

Me: Go tell Amber it is ready. Then you can eat.

She pouted slightly.

Silver: Why me?

Me: Neo is mute and I am a guy. I don't want to make people think I am a perv.

She whined and walked to the bathroom.

Silver: Amber! The food is... Why the heck is the door open?!
