CHAPTER 19.5 THE AFTERMATH

A/N: AFTER A LONG CHAPTER, I DECIDED TO GIVE YOU A SHORT CHAPTER FOR AN EASY READ. AND TO FINISH OFF SEASON THREE OF RWBY. ENJOY. AND THIS TAKES PLACE IN THE EVENTS AS I SEE FIT FOR MY STORY. IT ALSO IS STAYING IN THIRD PERSON FOR A NONE CONFUSING CHAPTER. AGAIN SORRY FOR THE LAST CHAPTER.

Silver woke up in incredible pain. She looked around to see that she was at the base of the tower. She could hear fighting. She looked and saw Weiss at the source. She went and thought about what she would do. She sighed and switched to human form which increased the pain. Then she called out for help.

Silver: Help. Someone help. Please.

Weiss ran to her and looked at the top of the tower to see a bright flash. Weiss gave a sad look then helped Silver up. The two went to the docks to see Qrow waiting on a bus.

Qrow: Where is Ruby?

Weiss: She is on top of the tower with Pyrrha. But I saw a flash. I'm not sure what happened.

He nodded.

Me: Be right back. Make sure no Grimm attack the bus.

Weiss nodded and held her weapon. Qrow went and grabbed Ruby from the tower and walked back with her. They went onto the bus and rode to the safe zone. There at the safe zone was everyone else. Weiss helped Silver off while Qrow carried Ruby.

Weiss: Y/n's portals would do great right now.

Silver: Y/n as in Y/n L/n?

Weiss: Yeah.

Silver: He was up there. He tried to protect me. It led to me falling off of the tower.

Qrow: I didn't see anyone else. Just Ruby.

Weiss gave a sad look.

Silver: How about his Husky? He loved her.

Qrow: No.

Weiss took Silver to a medical tent that looked as though it was built in seconds. And it most likely was. Qrow set Ruby down on one of the beds and looked at the unconscious Yang. He sighed.

Qrow: I will be back with their father. Weiss, I trust that you will watch them.

Weiss nodded. Silver was checked. She had a few broken bones. But her Aura was already healing them.

Nurse: You will be good by morning. Your aura took most of the injury. You have one strong aura.

Silver nodded. After a few hours, she was released. She saw Blake running away.

Sun: Blake. Wait.

Silver took the distraction as a way to leave without anyone noticing.

Weiss looked around for the mysterious girl she helped but couldn't find her.

Sun: Blake ran away. I think I know where she is going though.

Yang: She left us.

Everyone looked toward Yang as she looked at Sun.

Sun: I think this was too much for her.

Yang: I protected her and she ran. Nice to know I am appreciated.

She walked back into the tent.

Nurse: If only Y/n was here. He was able to take care of everyone and have them out of the area in a couple hours.

Weiss: He is gone. Disappeared out of thin air.

Yang: He left as well. Not surprised. His portals make it easy.

Yang and Weiss stayed together for the rest of the night not saying anything until Jaune walked in. He was covered in cuts bit none of them were bad. They were healing as they looked at them.
