CHAPTER 32 CATCHING UP WITH THE DEAD

Eighteen days. He has been asleep for eighteen days. And I am worried about him. He should be up by now. I couldn't stop pacing back and forth.

Amber: You are going to give yourself another panic attack.

I glared at her. She just smiled sadly.

Amber: Actually, we've all been needing to talk. Could you get Silver from next to Y/n?

I nodded and walked to Y/n's room. I walked in and sighed. Silver was laying next to him in her husky form with her eyes closed. I walked up to her and gently pet her head. She jolted up thinking it was him. She looked at him, realized it wasn't, then looked around until she saw me. She gave me a sad dog face. I pet her head before signing.

Me: We are wanted in the living room.

Silver nodded and hopped off the bed before turning to her normal self and looking at Y/n. I hugged her gently before grabbing her hand and pulling her out of the room. I didn't want to leave either. But I knew that if I stayed, then I would be crying over him again. I pulled her onto the living room and to the couch. Amber was making food. Her cooking isn't the best, but she is trying her hardest to learn. She saw us and stopped walking over to the couch.

Amber: Thank you Neo. Now I wanted to know what you thought of him.

Silver: Of who?

Amber: Of Y/n.

I tilted my head before signing.

Me: What do you mean?

Amber: What do you think of Y/n. Of his personality... His body... Whatever.

I blushed when she said that. Then I started thinking. What do I think of Y/n?

Silver: Well... He is a great person. He was the one who saved me even though I bit him. I owe him my life.

I nodded and signed.

Me: He literally died for me when we first met. And he didn't even know me at the time.

Amber: He saved me too. Y/n has a great heart...

She smiled with a slightly red face. I smirked.

Me: Someone has a crush.

Amber: N-no! I just like his personality and his eyes and his smile and his... Fine.

Silver: I do too... I'm not afraid to admit it.

Me: I have had a crush on him for a long time.

Amber: Well, me and him have been on a date already.

Silver: What?!

I nodded. That was why she disappeared when before the fight for Haven.

Amber: I went to the mall with him. He isn't the most romantic person but he played a song for me.
