Amber's POV

Y/n: Hello. How can I...

Y/n froze in place.

Y/n: You are alive.

Yang: Y/n. You literally saw me before you came up here.

Y/n jumped over the counter and ran towards us. I was frozen in place. He jumped over Yang and Weiss and moved around Ruby. Then he hugged me.

Y/n: I thought I lost you.

I broke my frozen state when felt something wet hit my head. I looked up to see him crying. I hugged him and he tightened his grip.

Yang: Hello there. You know there are other people here.

Y/n let go and looked at the other three. Yang had a smirk on her face, Weiss was looking at me, and Ruby looked like she wanted to do something.

Y/n: Come here Ruby.

Ruby dashed to him and started sobbing in his shirt. He rubbed circles into her back and was whispering in her ear. Soon, she fell asleep. The only reason I know that is because Y/n picked her up and carried her to the staff break room. When he came back out, he didn't have Ruby.

Y/n: Weiss?

Weiss: You had everyone worried sick. Ruby thought you were dead.

She stopped and started thinking out loud.

Weiss: If you are alive, maybe Pyrrha is too.

Y/n: I survived because of my Semblance. And just hardly. I was eaten. Pyrrha was shot. The Fall Maiden...

He covered his mouth.

Yang: You knew?

Y/n: I... Wait. You know?

Weiss: Qrow told us.

Y/n: The bird brain told you? Did he tell you why Cinder has the power? Or how it gets passed from one person to another, or how about what they wanted to do to Pyrrha. You get any of that?

Yang and Weiss looked at each other.

Y/n: How about his plan on what he was going to do to me?

Everyone froze.

Yang: Qrow had a plan to get rid of you?

Y/n: Qrow, Ozpin, and Ironwood had set up a plan to get rid of me. I ruined it and so did Cinder. I found out both sides plans and tried to take care of things. I hired Roman. I hacked into Ozpin's computer. Cinder hacked in after and ruined that. I took hours of medical training so that I could be there at the arena for the whole time. I got ready. But did Ozpin listen to me? No. Did Cinder listen to me? No. Have I tracked her down to here so that I can find out their every move and prepare? No. Well. That isn't the reason I came here. I came here to get away. To disappear.
