I put myself in the position where I didn't know what I wanted. Jocelyn didn't love me, but Mal did. I wanted her, Mal was who I wanted. Jocelyn was a fling that I was ready to let go.
"Mal! Mal!" I Said Jogging to her as she got into the car. "Roman, what are you doing here?"
"I miss you!" I said nearly out of breathe.
"I was confused between love and sex. I wanted your body, I wanted your arms and kisses all on me. My hands wrapped around you at night because at the end of the day when I am sleeping with another woman, my mind is on you."
"Should have thought about that before..." she shrugged.
"Mal, I messed up because I was lost myself. When you were away, all I thought about was you. I don't like it when you don't call my phone or text me. I want you."
"Then you better start acting like it because I don't want any of your games. I would like for my daughter to experience a family, besides seeing her father only twice a week under my supervision. I don't like that for my daughter nor myself. I just loved too fast with you. Maybe it was just me wanting you since I haven't been loved like that for a long time, so it felt good having you too. It was just lust I'd say."
"Maybe it was for the both of us. But, damn Mal I want you every day, all day, and I'm willing to show you that I'm committed to only you."
"Oh? Really? Cool."I stepped back from the car as she was getting ready to drive off. I watched her leave down the down road as I stood there confused. I couldn't process those words she spoke to me...lust? Did she feel anything for me?
After the back and forth with one woman to another, life had smacked me in the face.
