Hermione had a look of pure nervousness and worry while Ron looked dumbstruck and confused. He did not know what to do to save his friend.

_Harry's POV_

Even though I had wanted some sort of help so that I could escape from the grasp of these Death Eaters, I wished Hermione and Ron were not here. Hermione had the invisibility cloak with her, while Ron was holding onto the marauders map tightly. He quietly tapped the map, whispering "Mischief managed". Then he folded the parchment and put it in his pocket. While Ron was doing that, Hermione placed a disillusion charm on the invisibility cloak so that the death eaters could not find it.

When Lucius caught sight of my friends, he abruptly let go of me, causing me to fall to the floor with a thump.

When I fell, I felt super exhausted, it must have been from the cruciatus curse. I tried getting up again, but it seemed like the energy I had earlier had disappeared.

Ron came running up to me, helping me off the floor.

"You alright mate?"

I just nodded my head slowly, still feeling weak. I had to lean my body against Ron so as to remain standing.

I knew Ron and Hermione noticed my posture because they gave me worried looks.

"Well. What do we have here?" Bellatrix laughed. "A mudblood and a a blood traitor have come to save itty baby Potter.

"That's right." Ron said back, trying to put on a brave face.

Hermione nodded eagerly as well, trying to make it seem like she was not frightened. However, I could see her chest pumping up and down rapidly, showing how terrified she was. And she had every right to be.

"Well, I guess the Dark Lord has more people to test his new spells and tools on then." Lucius said.

"No!" I screamed. I'm not letting my best friends suffering's the hands of anybody. They don't deserve that. I do though, I let Cedric take the cup, I let him die without trying to save him. I just stood still and let Pettigrew kill him.

"You leave them alone you hear me? Take me. Do whatever you want with me, just leave them alone."

Bellatrix laughed so loudly that Ron and Hermione's screams of "No Harry" were barely heard.

"Well, itty baby Potter is being selfless, isn't he? Trying to be the hero as always, isn't that so?" Bellatrix shot back. "Well then, we only need the boy anyways."

With that, she shot the body binding spells at Ron and Hermione before they could realise what was even happening.

Lucius then shot a stunning spell at me which I tried to block, but I was too weak from the torture Bellatrix gave me. Before I knew it, I was stunned and the world went black.

_Lily's POV_

As soon as I had changed and was ready to go to bed, I suddenly felt worried. I didn't know why though. I just felt as if something bad has happened. What was even more worrying was that I sensed that my son was in danger, that he was the one that needed saving, that was in trouble.

I must have blanked out because the next thing I knew was James shaking me slightly and repeatedly calling out my name worriedly.

_James's POV_

I came out of the bathroom, ready to plop metered body on the big fluffy looking bed, when I saw Lily staring out the window, frowning.

I immediately sat next to her on the bed, placing my hand on her shoulder. I started gently calling out her name. After a few more tries with no response form her. I grew more worried. Therefore, I began to shake her shoulder slightly, continuing to call out her name.

"Lils? Lily? Lily please. Lily?"

Finally she looked at me. I breathed out a sigh in relief.

"Oh thank Merlin Lily. What happened? What's bothering you? Do you need a drink? Some water? Or a book? Are you okay?" I was going to continue asking he questions but she smiled slightly at my worries and cut me off.

"I'm fine James, just a little tired that's all."

"Lily, I know you. Please, just tell me what was on your mind." I pleaded a little, not wanting to sound too desperate though, like some busybody.

She sighed. "What I'm about to tell you..." she trailed off for a while. "You might think I'm crazy."

"Never." I promised her.

"Alright then, I trust you." I smiled slightly at that, assured that she trusts me.

"I was just going to go to bed when I suddenly felt worried. But the thing is, I don't know why. However, that's not the worrying part, it felt as if someone was telling me that our son is in danger."

I looked her for a while, trying to process what she had said.

"I knew it. I've gone crazy. I'm sorry. I'll just go to bed now-"

"No. No Lils. I was just processing what you said. I thinkI know why you are worried about Harry."

She looked at me hopefully.

"You just miss him. That's why you are just imagining that he is in danger. You don't know how he is doing now, so your brain is just making up the worst case scenarios, making you worried."

She remained silent for a while, looking down at her lap. After a while, her emerald green eyes met my hazel ones.

"Thank you James. You were right. I don't know how he is right now, that's why I'm worried."

I smiled cockily. "Of course I am."

She chuckled lightly at this, shoving me in the arm, making me fall onto the mattress.

I laughed hard at this, we had not had some along time in a while, with Harry being just a newborn at that time.

I sighed at the thought. "Harry is 15 now. Fifteen." I didn't know what to think. Will he hate me for leaving him?

"Now it's your turn to tell me what's bothering you."

I sighed again. It seems like I have been doing this a lot today.

"Just Harry. Lils, he's fifteen now. We left him for fourteen years already. He definitely hates us for leaving him."

"No James. I'm sure Harry understands why we had to go. Sirius and Remus would have told him. He would understand. I'm sure of it."

I just nodded. I knew Sirius and Remus would have helped Harry understand why we had to go. But he was raised by the Dursley's, we left him and put him in that hellhole.

I noticed that Lily did not answer my worries about Harry hating us. She must think the same thing.

"Whatever happens, whether he likes us or not, we will just try our best to build a bond with him. Alright."

"Definitely James, definitely."

With that, we drifted off to sleep.
