Note: This is a preview of the next chapter. It'll be a longer one. This is the beginning just to give y'all a taste.
I woke up to the sound of a bird chirping right outside of my window. It was like the way people wake up in the movies. I've never woken up so peacefully. It's especially funny because most people do not wake up like this after the first night they drink. Then again, we weren't chugging beers all night. I felt good. I decided to take a couple of Vicodin so I could keep this good feeling going. Since I now have to take 2 instead, they will run out quicker...also I don't think I'll be getting anymore from Ben sooo...at some point there will be a major issue but I am NOT worried about that today.
After I used the bathroom and brushed my teeth, I headed to the kitchen. Joe's mom said she was making some breakfast sandwiches and that they'd be ready pretty soon. John was on the couch playing videogames. I was surprised he was already up so early. Then, I remembered this was actually Friday (we had this Friday off from school) The only reason John is up is most likely because his brain is so used to waking up early on all school days.
I sat down at the table and Ginnie asked if I wanted some coffee or juice. I told her coffee would be amazing. I was sitting there and next thing I know, someone from behind poked my sides really hard. I jumped.
Of course, it was none other than the charmer himself, Joseph Mazzello.
"Haha! Made ya jump!" He mocked as he gave me a kiss on the cheek.
"Yeah, yeah...but I didn't see you coming! If I had known you were there, it would have been TOTALLY different." I declared.
Joe raised his eyebrow at me.
"Uh, yeah no shit it would have been different. If you'd seen me coming it wouldn't have scared you." He laughed.
Joe's mom turned around when she heard him say "no shit".
"Joe, watch your mouth." She warned.
"Yes, mom." He said.
As soon as she turned back around, I pointed at Joe and laughed silently. He reached over and pinched me in retaliation.
"You are so immature." I told him.
"Yeah, but that's why you love me and you know it!" He said, rubbing his nose into mine. I giggled.
So this is, like I said, a PREVIEW. I just wanted to put up something on Christmas Eve. I'll eventually put this up with the rest of the chapter. This is just that first little part. This isn't like when I do the "two-parters". Also, there may be spelling errors. Since this is just a preview, I didn't check for such errors. Small parts in this preview could even change, who knows. This'll be a longer chapter, so I'm giving a preview as a Christmas present because it's what I felt like doing.
I'm just chilling here on the Eve of Christmas, so I put this snippet up!
Whatcha think of it?
I'll need to know how you like it so far y'all. Tell me in the comments.
