Students began to pour out of the train. I was being pushed and pulled in every direction when I realized I'd left Cinder in Draco and I's compartment. I pushed against the flood of students and finally arrived to see Cinder's crate untouched. I guess Draco hadn't come back. I grabbed my kitten and began following the students to the Hogsmeade platform. As I exited the train one of the attendants took Cinder and said they would take her directly to my dorm once I was sorted. I walked off the platform and looked around to see if I saw Draco but no luck. Instead, I saw a woman in a long green and black dress with gray hair poking out from under a witch's hat directing students toward their respective methods of travel.

"First years take a left toward the boats! All other years take a right toward the carriages!" the woman shouted.

I was just about to start heading left when I felt fingers wrap around my wrist. When I turned around I half expected to see Draco but instead, I saw that it was Cho Chang grabbing me.

"Hey, where are you going so fast?" she asked.

"I uh was heading toward the boats, I'm a transfer so I need to go with the first years to get sorted."

"Okay okay but come with me quickly!" Cho pulled me through the crowd of students in the opposite direction of the boats, toward the carriages.

We were running so fast I couldn't seem to catch my breath. When we finally stopped I saw a few other students standing in a group. None of them had the Ravenclaw colors instead they had red and gold on. I noticed a boy with dark brown hair and glasses talking to a red-headed boy and a girl with frizzy unkept brown-hair. My heart stopped beating entirely.

"Why is Professor Grubbly-Plank here? Where's Hagrid? He's always the one who directs the students." I heard the girl say.

As we approached the group they fell silent.

"Hi Harry dear," said Cho as she gave the boy with glasses a peck on the cheek while the girl with frizzy hair rolled her eyes.

"This is the girl I was telling you about." Cho turned and smiled at me.

I waved at them but couldn't make eye contact, I was positively rattled with nerves.

"Prue right?" Harry's emerald green eyes were making me even more nervous.

I just nodded my head.

Harry Potter the boy I would help destroy was standing not 2 feet from me. My hands felt clammy and a lump developed in my throat. I tried to say words any words but my voice failed me. They were all just staring at me waiting for a reaction. The red-headed boy grew impatient and decided that he should be the first to speak if I wasn't going to.

"Blimey, cat got your tongue." He joked.

"Oh, Ron don't be rude! Cho said she would be nervous." The frizzy-haired girl scolded.

She stuck out her hand and I grabbed hold, unaware that my hands were literally dripping with sweat. The girl wiped her hand discreetly on her robe as she spoke.

"My name's Hermione, and this insensitive person is Ron."

Ron gave her an annoyed glance and began to make faces behind her back as she spoke to me. When she turned around he looked up and acted as if he'd been a perfect gentleman, it made me chuckle.

"Sorry about before...it's not every day you meet the boy who lived." I said.

"Oh yeah, when I first met him I asked to see the scar as proof." Ron cackled.

"See what I mean about insensitive?" sighed Hermione.

I let out a giggle and everyone seemed amused. Cho patted me on the back before she planted Harry with a kiss.
