"It's been 2 years...." I sighed. I took a sip of my coffee.
"What?" My friend asked me and I smiled bitterly at her.
"Two years had already passed... since the day he left me." I tried to smile again. It still hurts like shit!
"Oh. It's him pala." And then she smiled sadly at me.
I tried to hold back my tears but it was too late because a tear already escaped from my left eye hanggang sa napahagulgol nalang ako ng pag iyak.
My friend scooted closer to me. She tried to comfort me pero wala talaga. I cried hard in front of her again.
"Shhhh... don't cry na. Pupuntahan naman natin siya mamaya eh." She said and niyakap na ako. "I know you missed him so damn much but please stop crying na."
I broke the hug. I wiped my tears using my handkerchief. I tried my best to give her a smile.
"I'll be seeing him again."
Magkikita na ulit tayo mamaya, love.
