There was an awkward silence, until Jamie dropped the knife and it landed on the floor with a clash. "I just did that... I actually did that.." He muttered
Nobody seemed sure what to do

"I'm sorry." Jamie muttered. I sighed "Jamie you don't need to apologise. Somebody had to do it... And in the end that somebody was you." I told him. Pearl gave a small nod "She's right matey. Ya killed for the good... And even if he was the lesser of two evils, it was the only way to escape.." She said.
We heard clapping noises from the AI. "Yay! Jamie did it! That brother of mine was starting to bore me.." Lewis looked at the AI with a slightly fearful expression. Then, he asked
"Is Jamie... Gonna be executed?"
It was a scary question. But the AI simply smiled "Of course not silly! A deal is a deal and you've filled my request very well Jamie!"
It then looked at us with rather serious eyes. Then, a button came up from out of the floor. It looked like the one Mono-Lisa would press to send those to their execution. "Once I say the words that are uttered before every execution, I want you all to press this button. It'll destroy me for good."
Pearl seemed sceptical "Are ya sure ya ain't plannin' anythin'?!" She asked it. "Nope. No plans no tricks no secrets no evilness. Just the escape you're all craving so much."
"However"
Of course there's a however...
The AI continued "This isn't your typical execution. It's not even an execution. It's a self destruct feature so powerful that once it's activated, this entire museum is at risk of collapsing."
I looked at the others. They all had a "it's worth a shot" kind of look
