Chapter 2 - Part 12 - Post Trial

The votes were unusual. Thankfully, most votes went to Oscar but there was one vote for Pearl, Jamie and Amy. 

We stood of the podiums and stayed silent. The only sound was Oscar's tears. "Why matey..." I heard Pearl mutter. Oscar seemed to look at Mono-Lisa "S-She tricked me..." I looked at the doll. "What did you say to him?!" I found myself yelling at it. But the doll put a finger to its mouth as if to say they won't speak. "I'll just explain..." Muttered Oscar. 

- Flashback, Oscar's POV -

I found myself hopelessly trying to fix the crystal ball. 

I just want to see him... Please let me see him...

But the ball simply stayed as shatters on the floor. Mono-Lisa suddenly approached me "Oh dear oh dear... Poor poor Oscar Ford... You just want to see your brother... Don't you?" She said. Her voice was calm, almost creepily calm, and I found myself giving a small nod. "Well then... 

How about we make a deal?"

 - End Of Flashback -

 "S-She said that if I killed Nancy and won, I'd see him again... I just need to see Owen." More tears formed in his eyes. "You can't just do that!" I heard Jamie yell "I thought the mascots weren't aloud to participate in any damn murder?!" He looked at Mono-Lisa with angered eyes. "I never participated in the murder, I simply gave him a motive. That's what I'm meant to do."

Her calm voice sent a chill down my spine.

 "W-Well hey.." I heard Oscar mutter again "At least you won't have to p-put up with me and all my annoying mourning..." Tears rolled down his eyes, but he gave a smile. Pearl suddenly ran up and hugged him. 

 "Matey! Ya were never bloomin' annoyin'! Ya lost all ya loved... Ya should-a come to me matey..." Tears rolled down her face too. 

Pearl... Oscar... This is all too much

 "How about we start the execution!" Announced Mono-Lisa. Fear formed in Pearl's eyes "Ya can't kill 'im... Ya just can't kill 'im..." But the button had already been pushed.
