Jeremy's voice ran through the trial room. It seemed to take everyone a moment to realise what he was saying.

Willow Gates:

 "W-Wait... Jeremy... You're..."

 Jeremy Osborn:

"I didn't mean to! It was all an accident! Amy... She must have set it all up..."

 Pearl Gusar:

"M-Matey... It's ok! Just try to calmly explain the situation!"

Jeremy Osborn:

"Well... I... I got called to meet at the Death Gallery by Amy. T-Then she locked the doors and when I questioned it showed me... T-The gun. She told me we'd do a double suicide... That we'd both shoot each other and escape the killing game through death. But... Her gun didn't go off... B-But mine... Mine..."

Jeremy's eyes were starting to tear up. This didn't feel right. It wasn't a murder. It was an accident.

Jamie Haucet:

"You can't execute him for that!"

 AI:

 "Oh?"

 Jamie Haucet:

"It wasn't his fault! He never had any intention to kill!"

 AI:

"Aaaw... Poor poor Jamie Haucet. He doesn't understand the rules of this game... A murder is a murder, wether accidental or not."

Pearl Gusar:

 "That ain't bloody fair!"

Jeremy Osborn:

"G-Guys! Stop! I did this, it's my fault!"

There was silence. Then, I heard the AI mutter my name

AI:

 "Willow..."

 Willow Gates:

 "H-Huh?"

 AI:

"Do a little case summary for me... Show Jeremy the awful, awful crime he committed..."

 Willow Gates:

 "N-No... I can't..."

I felt like I had no choice. This AI... It had power behind this game. Even me rejecting a trivial task could lead to my end...

Willow Gates:

 "...fine."

- Case Summary -

It started during the night, when Amy, the victim, called our culprit to the Death Gallery. The culprit didn't know it yet, but they were about the kill their closest friend. Amy locked the Death Gallery doors, then presented the idea of a double suicide. However, this was simply a cover up for an excuse to begin the murder. Around this time, Pearl heard word of a double suicide from inside the room. Soon, the victim and the culprit held a gun to the person they faced's head. However, Amy's gun had no bullets in. And so, the culprit shot Amy. At this point, the note must've been found. And so, the culprit followed the instructions. We don't know how they found the rope, but Amy must've brought it herself due to her mastermind privileges allowing her to take it from the person behind the slaughter. At the end of the day, the case was set up by the victim herself. Buy, alas, there is till a culprit in the trial room with us.
