Chapter 28 (Asami's POV)

Eiji's grip falls and I realize he is out cold.

An Hour and Half is his limit with me, its better than last time... 

'but, maybe, he shouldn't be doing this...'

Even if he has improved from just lasting 45 minutes .

Zero then comes running out , looking accomplishes which changes to worried sick as so does Ren, as they run over to check on Eiji.

"So, what did Dr. Hiro say? Zero?"

I ask Zero, as I notice Ren has already taken and picked up Eiji.

"He's on his way , this moment."

Zero states , watching Eiji carefully.

"He's definetly gotten stronger , but..."

Zero says but doesn't finish.

There is a strange silence,

But, then we all head in and take Eiji to bed.

"You know, while i'm impressed, even after what we did last night , plus the little sleep, that he lasted as long as he did against you . While I believe he would of done well with out the other pressure, but still. i'm still impressed though."

Ren says causing me to wack the back of his head.

"Wait a minute , Eiji wasn't feeling well?"

I ask feeling worried more about his body, but while amazed , I'm really concerned.

I want to spar again , but , I then look down at Eiji who lays there unconcious.

I look at Ren , who looks like he's feeling quilty.

"Well , I will go wait out front for Dr. Hiro."

Zero says , then leaves the room.

"So when are you going to stop testing Eiji like you have been?"

Ren finally say's something .

"Testing?"

I question his question.

"Yeah, Testing, it's almost like you're not only mad at him but you seem worried and concerned about something, I mean we are all worried about him, but you have really been on edge."

Ren Explains.

"Do his nightmares always make him like that? Leave him in pain?"

I finally ask Ren .

Ren's eyes go wide, then slump down.

"His nightmares are the least of my worries, I mean, yes, they are bad, but compared to the flashback episodes he gets randomly  that seem to paralyze him on the spot , those are my biggest worry."

Ren says to me, but continuously watches Eiji.

My mind is flooded with thoughts and worries.

"Ren, should we tell him , Ash is Alive? Would that ease his worries?"

I ask Ren gently.

Ren flinches, then looks back at me with scared eyes.

Does, did he not know? Did Zero not tell him either? 

"You, That, Ash is still alive? How,???"

Rens questions of Ash are everywhere.

"Zero did a private investigation and I found out just recently from him too. But, what do you think , Ren?" "Do you think it will help Eiji?"

I explain and ask Ren.

"I don't know......"

Is all that slips out of Rens mouth, that and a lost expression as he turns back towards Eiji.
