Chapter 20 (Eiji's POV)

I know i'm dreaming again, as I see flashes of Ash's face ,  He's worried expression after I was shot.  Then his teary face as I yelled telling him to go.  To when Ash got cut by Arthur, to Ash's tears as he looks down at his hands in complete exhaustion.  Then all of a sudden, I feel my body shaking and I hear myself screaming for Ash, I then wake up with a gasp to Asami's wide eyes as he holds my sweaty self in his arms.

"Asami...."

Then it dawns on me.

"Oh, the eye doctor. I'll get ready and be out in a minute."

I say, then start pushing Asami out the door.

"okay, I will wait."

Is all Asami could muster out.

I close the door, then head to the shower and clean up quickly, then towel dry my hair, then tie it back, then throw on a pair of jeans and a red sweater. Then I walk out to find Asami waiting by the door.

"Sorry, Asami"

Is all I could get out.

"No, No, It's fine.  But the eye doctor is already here now, so lets go."

Asami answers , then we rush to my study, where the eye doctor was waiting.

"Sorry, if i'm late."

I say with slight bow of my head.

"No , it's fine, please just sit down."

The eye doctor says, then starts testing my eyes.

"As it turns out, you are going to need glasses. Your eye sight is way off.  So, I brought some glasses samples with me, please choose the ones you like the most."

The Doctor finishes by opening a case with the samples.

I see a pair that were slightly simular to Ash's, but less round and were ovals and so I choose these ones.

"Nice choice, sir.  It will be a week, but we will have your glasses ready and delivered in a weeks time, Mr. Okumura sir."

The Doctors visit finishes within 1 hour, and it's now 4:30 p.m.

"See I told you, you needed glasses."

Asami says as if he's brilliant.

"Wish I had known this before."

I say without meaning to. My eyes go wide and look at Asami.

Who was no longer smiling.

"Okay, Eiji, lets go out and spar, you need to release some negativity."

Asami says , not letting me run away.

"Fine."

I say, then follow him out to the lawn where I see Zero practicing his fighting skills as well.

"Hey, Eiji, How'd it go?"

Zero asks as he takes notice of us.

"Oh, Asami was right, I need glasses, they will be ready in a week.  we came out to spar, though."

I answer Zero, feeling a little better.

"Eh, sparing, May I join?"

Zero asks looking slightly excited.

"Sure!"

Asami shouts out!

"Lets do this !"

Asami lets out again.

Zero, joins us and Asami makes the first move going straight for me , but I quickly block it, then Zero come's in and stops Asami's other arm from reaching me.  I then swing my leg around and kick Asami's abdomen area with high speed, making slight impact, but getting my leg caught, causing me to stumble, but no fall. I then alternate my weight and then jump, then kick towards Asami's head, with slight impact, he lets go of my other leg.
Then goes in for the attack, while kicking towards me, Zero jumps in , kicks back, catching Asami's leg with his.

"That's enough, Asami!"

Zero yells.

"Asami, I know you are concerned and annoyed, but lets stop for the day, and that is an order."

I say, then walk back into the house and go to my study.
