34- I'm A Double Dare Away From Dropping Everything To Fly Out And See You

-Aria's POV-

We were finally gonna start looking at houses, and I was stoked, we still had a part of the UK tour, but that wasn't my stressor at the moment.

I got a call from Chloe.

Chloe Aria 

Hey Chlo! Everything okay?

Yeah, yeah. All good. What are you doing today?

House shopping with Awsten and the kids. Why?

Wait, did you just say house shopping??

Yeah, we're not leaving LA, but our apartments are attached to so many memories of Gracie that we can't keep staying in them.

Oh, okay good. I just know that Awsten was talking about moving back to Houston before he met you, and it took 8 of us to talk him out of it because everything and everyone he loves is here. Also will you please tell him that we have his cat?

OH MY GOD. YOU GUYS HAVE JET??? HE'S BEEN FREAKING OUT ALL DAY. I'll let him know.

I hung up and went to find Awsten.

"Awsten, we have to make a stop before we go anywhere else?" I spoke and he looked at me confused.

"Geoff and Chloe found Jet, we're gonna go get him" I spoke and his eyes lit up like a Christmas tree.

Jet had gone missing right after we left. Chloe was pet sitting and one day she called saying that he wasn't there.

*flashback*

I'm sitting on the tour bus working on photos when chloe called.

Chloe Aria

Hey.

Hey, I have some bad news. Is Awsten around?

No, he's out with Geoff and De'Wayne. Why?

Jet's gone.

What do you mean gone?

I got here this morning and went to feed him and he just isn't here.

Did you check all of the closets? He's an all black cat, he's really good at hiding. Or maybe the kids' rooms?

I've looked everywhere, twice. He's gone.

Okay, don't panic. He'll come back

Okay, I'm so sorry.

Don't worry about it. I'll tell Awsten and keep him calm. We'll figure it out

*flashback over*

"Mama go now?" Willow spoke, shocking me slightly.

"Yeah, let's go" I spoke and we walked out the door and headed towards Geoff and Chloe's

We pulled up to their house and Awsten was out of the car before I put it in park.

"Don't be like daddy. Wait till the car is completely stopped to get out" I spoke, laughing a little.

I got out of the car and into the house to find Awsten cuddling Jet.

"He tried to fight me, over a cat" Geoff spoke and I laughed.

"Need I remind you, he hasn't seen Jet in almost 3 months" I spoke and he sighed. I sat down, petting Jet while Chloe played with the kids.

"So, you guys are moving?" Geoff spoke, sitting down across from us with Brady in his lap.

"Yeah, not far, just out of our own memory infested apartments" I spoke and he sighed.

"I suppose that's fair. Just don't move too far, I still wanna be able to spoil my favorite nieces and Nephews." he spoke and I laughed.

"Well. we should probably be going. We have houses to look at. I'll call you guys later, yeah?" I spoke and they agreed.

We grabbed the kids and Jet and went back out to the car.

"We have to bring him home Aws, we can't take him with us" I spoke and he sighed.

"I know, I know" he spoke and I giggled.

We brought Jet home and then headed off to look at houses.

We spent about 4 hours looking at houses when we found one we really liked. It was right on the beach with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it had an open concept kitchen and lots of windows as well as a finished upstairs and basement, and it was right in our price range.

"This is it" I spoke, and to my surprise Awsten agreed. We talked to our realtor and we made an offer on the house, so now we just have to wait.
