8- Maybe I'm Tired

-Aria's POV-

The heat of the moment didn't last long, because moments after the show ended I was receiving directs and indirects from fans.

@/parxstan: I get it Awsten's happy, but this is just seems kinda odd

-> @/Imanaturalbluee: literally let them be happy, it's not like he's dating Jawn.

@/clusterstan: Um so @/ariaJofficial is so pretty. Like what? I don't know if I love her or if i wanna be her. Awsten's so lucky.

@/oneblacklight: of course she's Awsten's girlfriend. I'll bet you she's just as bad as gr*ce and C*ara

That one made me smile.

People were also sending empty threats.

"Hey ari" Geoff spoke as he came and sat next to me.

"Hey Geoff, what's up?" I spoke and he looked at me.

"Awsten just got off of twitter. He's worried sick about you" He spoke and I sighed.

"It's really not a big deal" I spoke and Geoff just looked at me.

"Will you please go tell him that before he actually makes himself sick?" He spoke and I agreed, getting up and heading to Awsten's bunk.

"Hey Awsten, are you okay?" I spoke through the curtain and he opened it.

"Are you okay?" He asked and I took his hand in mine.

"I'm okay. I'm a big girl" I spoke and he just sighed.

"It's not just the tweets that I'm worried about" he spoke and I sighed, sliding into his bunk.

"What else is on your mind love?" I asked and he sighed.

"Managemwnt wants to do a professional shoot" He spoke and I nodded, signalling for him to go on, because I knew that wasn't all of it.

"With Veronica And-"

"Andrews? I've heard the name. I don't see why that'd be stressing you out though love" I spoke and he just sighed.

"Because she's not you, and the last time I even merely saw her face was during our run in with pete" He spoke and I sighed, laying down on his chest.

"Don't stress about it love, just listen to your management team. They know what's best for you guys and if that's not me when it comes to campaign shoots then that's okay, I take pictures of you guys all the time" I spoke and he messed with my hair.

"You're not mad?" He asked and I just smiled.

"No, I'm a litte nervous, cause she's really good, but I'm not mad, no." I spoke and he let out a sigh of relief.

We just cuddled there for a while until he fell asleep.

I was informed a few hours later that Jawn would be joining Veronica.

I don't think Awsten knew that, so I slid out of the bunk to ask Geoff if he knew

"Hey geoff, can I ask you a question?" I spoke and he laughed.

"Technically you just did, but yeah, shoot" He spoke and I sat down.

"Does Awsten know that Jawn is coming with Veronica to do a professional shoot? Did you know?" I spoke and Geoff's eyes went wide.

"No I didn't, but I'm glad I do now. Awsten is not gonna be happy, and he's already stressed about this shoot. Fuck. This is why he never listens to management" He spoke and I felt anger and sadness brew in my system.

I decided to take a nap since they wouldn't need me at the shoot anyways.

-Awsten's POV-

I got up and found Aria asleep in her bunk,I decided to just leave it alone because Geoff was rushing me.

We walked to the park where the shoot was happening and upon approaching I saw the head of red hair that I swore would never take another photo of my band.

"What the fuck is he doing here? Geoff did you know about this?" I spoke and Geoff just looked at me.

"Not until like an hour ago when Aria told me. Management called her to tell her." He spoke and I felt anger brewing inside of me but chose to stay calm, for Ari's sake.

"I can't believe you guys are making me do this" I spoke while approaching management.

"Do what?" Benji asked me and I just glared at him.

"Work with him. You swore" I spoke and glared at Jawn, it was then that I got a text from none other than the red headed devil.

'I don't wanna be here either Aws, need you notice that Veronica brought her boyfriend, and is basically the same spoiled rich girl she was when we both worked on the DW tour. I'm not the happiest here. So please just cooperate for one day. I swear it won't happen again.'

I took a deep breath

'First of all. You worked with freaking Ariana Grande? Lucky bitch. Second of all, fine, but like Aria is back on the bus napping right now, and I hate leaving her by herself, so if we could make this quick that would be wonderful'

He agreed and we got set up for the shoot.

We took all the needed pictures and management checked us out, we approved all the photos we wanted and had them sent directly to management and we left.

I got back onto the bus and found Aria sitting on the couch on her laptop.

"Hey, you're back. How was it?" She asked and I just sighed.

"It went. Really wish it would've been you though. Veronica is exactly how Ariana played her out to be, which says a lot considering how usually over dramatic Ariana is" I spoke and she just looked at me shocked.

"Goddamn. Sounds tiring. Come here" She spoke and I sat down next to her, she was editing photos from the night before.

I scrolled through twitter for a few minutes and saw Jawns tweet. 

@/JawnRocha: I just did a shoot with @/waterparks and @/veronicaandrewsofficial. And let me say I feel bad for @/arianagrande. She's just as bad as Ariana played her out to be. 

She closed her laptop and cuddled up to me, covering us with a blanket and turning on netflix.

"Time for movies and another nap" She spoke, and that's exactly what we did.
