Panic attack

⚠️Tw: panic attack, Anxiety

You were on tour with your boyfriend of 4 years, Zach herron. Yes the Zach herron.

You guys we're backstage right now getting ready to go back to the tour bus, as they have already preformed. Once you guys started walking to the bus you got swarmed with fans.

You grabbed Zach's hand and held it, he squeezed it letting you know that your ok. All the fans kept asking you and the boys questions an if they could get a picture, it all became really overwhelming.

You started breathing heavily and your body became weak, soon Zach noticed and quickly picked you up so your arms were around his neck and your legs were around his waist. You started having a really bad panic attack.

Zach is rubbing your back while talking to his manager...

"I need to get y/n out of here, she having a panic attack."

"ok umm, we need to find the security, I'll have them escort you guys out." Randy said to him

Zach nods, still holding you and rubbing your back.

After a few minutes of having a really bad panic attack on Zach, with the fans swarming you guys, he is able to get through all the fans and run to the tour bus.

Once he gets on he takes you to his bunk and lays down with you on top of him.

He starts whispering and rubbing your back and sides, and leaving kisses on your forehead and cheek.

"shhh babygirl, your ok. Its just me. "

He kept saying thing like that... After a while the boys get on the bus and realize your still having a panic attack.

"Are you touching her to much? I thought you were only supposed to hug someone who's having a panic attack. " Daniel asked

"No, there are different ways of coping with anxiety and attacks, like medicine or hugs or kind words, y/n needs all sorts of attention, she needs to touched, she needs to feel like she's not alone." Zach answered

They all nod and wait for you to recover.

After a few more minutes you start to calm down

"hey princess, how ya feeling?" Zach asked

"I'm tired"

"well do you want to take a relaxing bath first or do you just want to go to sleep?"

"bath"

He nods and you guys get up after talking to the boys letting them know your ok

You guys go in the bathroom and he starts the water then walks over to you, and undresses you but he kept his eyes locked with yours the whole time.

After, you both are undressed and he gets in first and you sit in between his legs with your back on his chest and his arms wrapped around your stomach.

"thank you bubba" you said 

"for what baby girl?"

"helping me." you gratefully said

"ill always help you." he says as he kissed your head and you guys just talked and relaxed.

After you both got dressed and went to his bunk and cuddled until you both fell asleep.
