Narrator's pov

Want, lust and desire. Three things that can be tossed into a blender and mixed until the buttons malfunction, yet it would still remain the same greedy taste. For it would be the same flavor over and over yet we crave it
A flavour that was enough to make us lose ourselves, turn us into people we have never seen before
Sometimes even bring out sides of us we locked away
Ember couldn't understand how or why she felt that way but unfortunately for her, there was another flavour being added to her blend
A feeling that she had never felt before yet felt so familiar. Warm and inviting
It was enough to make the girl lose her mind
"For fuck sakes" Ember groaned, sinking her nails into the pillow and pushing it into her face to suffocate her groans
Her alarm still hadn't gone off for the day but lucky for her, she always seemed to wake up before her scheduled time for her alarm
The sun wasn't even out as yet but there Ember was with droopy eyes and a hallowed face that had drool smeared all over the side of her cheek with her hair hanging over the side of her face
"Disgusting" she hissed when catching a small reflection of herself in the mirror

But to make her start of the day a bit little better, soft patter started to bounce off the windows
There came the drops steady and soft, falling from a sky of grey. They came altogether lightly and though everything near the window would soon quite soak, she closed her eyes and allowed her body to melt into the sounds of the patters
Sheets fell off of Ember's naked body, lightly falling to the ground and leaving her smooth skin
The reflection of the water droplets trailed down the windows that were opened
Emeber groaned to herself when she couldn't find any robes nearby and since she had showered and dropped into bed naked lastnight, she had no clothes around
A gust of wind blew into her apartment, pushing her windows wide open and making them slam against the wall
"Gosh, I'm coming, calm down daddy" Ember hissed at the rain
She rolled her eyes and made her way towards the banging windows
Rain conjured a sweet pattern upon her skin, the thousands of liquid globes reflecting the greenery of nature. It was cooling on the warm day, a welcome shower to add to the senses
Her finger clasped around the wooden frame as she brought the two wooden slides together
"AGGHHHH" A sharp squeal filled the entire street below, one sounding like a woman
But with the scream, came a crashing sound of metal clashing onto metal the turning of gears
Ember furrowed her brows as her eyes started to scan the area frantically, her heart started to speed at the thought of someone being in danger
"My eyeeessss" the girl squealed again and Ember immediately knew who it was
A small smile crept its way onto her lips as she allowed her body to sink, leaning her shoulders against the wooden window frame
"Good morning" Ember smirked
The blonde girl in the street below had her guitar strap slung over her shoulder. Her hands were clasped over her eyes while she laid flat on the ground from the impact of her bicycle colliding into a fire hydrant, the wheels still spinning
