Chapter 17.

"SURPRISE!!" Teenagers yelled from behind couches and table. I was happy but somewhat mad that Ari still threw a party after I said not to. The music plays, the lights go out. It was a glow party. An overly excited girl ran over to me. It was Ari.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" She screamed hugging me until I could breath.

"I told you no party-"

"Oh my god thank you Ari for throwing me the best surprise party ever!" Ari says imitating me.

"Thanks." I smiled and turn to Luke quickly. "Were you in this," I poke him dead in his chest.

"I'm the one who stalled you smart ass," He smirked. It's still cute.

"You are so-" I say

"Cute? Handsome? Wonderful? All those things? I know." He said

"You're so full of it, Hem-" I get cut off. Why am I always getting cut off! Everything goes black. Again.

FLASHBACK

"No way!" Luke grinned, holding onto the huge water gun he had just found in my basement. "I like this." He smiled as he pointed it at me. I raised my eyebrows and grabbed the water gun from him.

"Now, now, don't do that you never know what could be in here considering you got it from my basement. You're supposed to help clean it to make up for the party you threw with Ari." I laughed as I walked off of the deck and pointed the gun at Luke.

"I can shoot this at any minute for pay back" I smirked.

"You wouldn't dare"

"Bet?"

"There's no water in it anyways" he laughs.

I smiled as I shot the gun, water shooting out of it getting Luke all
soaked.

"You're gonna get it now!" He laughed as he ran towards me, grabbing the gun from me and getting me all wet.

FLASHBACK ENDED

It took me a moment to realize where we were. The house I currently live in! It's like a vision from the future. What the flap jacks. I laugh to myself inside my head,I've never said that before.

Hmm pancakes sounds good right now actually. Ooo how about IHOP.

"Jessica?!" A heavy accent said. Luke. I open my eyes seeing blue eyes starring into mine.

"That's your second time today!" He spoke again. I got up as quick as possible.

"Im fine. I just need some water and don't call me Jessica" I quickly replied walking to kitchen. I got a cup filling it up with water.

A girl with blonde hair and red and purple highlights stumbled over towards me with two of her friends behind her and spilled a red drink all over my dress.

"What the hell!" I exclaimed grabbing paper towels like it would help.

"I'm sorry, I saw a threat and I handled it," she said in a bitchful tone.

"First of all I don't even know you. Second what the heck did I do to you!" I replied angrily. Today has been great just awesome.

"Stay the fuck away from Luke," she stormed off with her little crew behind her. I dont know who she thinks she is but I hope I dont see her again. I clean my self up in the restroom and it seems like i cant get this stain out of my dress.

"Jess come on lets play a ga-" Jade starts saying until she saw my dress. "Whoa what happened to you,"

"Ugh some angry blonde spilled her drink on me and yelled stay away from Luke." I said rolling my eyes.
