Chapter 14 .

Tonight has been epic. It was a huge sharing time. I think. Everyone knew each other more. Of course people kept some things to themselves. But this could've been the most fun I've had in forever. I lie down on my side, thoughts running through my head. I slowly fell asleep to the TV.

A vibration on my phone went off. It was a text. I didn't bother looking at it. Everyone else was still sleeping. Except Ari. "Here since your the only one up." Ari says handing a plate of food. I could use some food right now. It was now like I was in an episode of Supernatural or in a twilight movie. Olivia was a 'Oracle' and Simone was a 'Witch'. Liv had to explain what an Oracle is. Come to learn that she can tell the past, present, and future. Jade and Leah are just human. Which was weird considering that Jade lives here.

"Thanks." I say sitting up. Ari sits on the couch next to me.

"So how's it feel being closer to everyone." she says eating her food.

"It's great to know everyone I guess."

"That's good..." She says. There was an awkward silence until Ari finally spoke up. "Your birthday's on Saturday. So I was thinking we could go shopping for a dress today." She puts her dishes in the sink. I do the same. A dress? Why would I need a dress.

"Why?" I asked freshening up.

"Because we're throwing you a party. Duh." She says proud.

"No no no" I groan putting my hair into a messy bun. Another party? No thank you. A bunch of drunk people swarming all around me again. Nope!

"Jessica it'll be fun. The party will be at my house."

"I don't want you guys to go through all this trouble. So no." I put on my crop top and black jeans. Ari rolls her eyes.

"Why do you always have to be a bum." She says grabbing her keys.

"I am not a bum. And where are we going?" I get my bags.

"We are still going shopping like it or not." She says getting in the car. I groan and set my stuff in the back seat then get in the passenger side. My phone started to ring.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Hey it's me," I heard Luke. I groaned.

"Ugh what?" I snapped.

"Good morning to you too" he chuckled.

"What do you want?" I ask.

"Nothing.. just keep thinking about what you said when you were at my house," he said.

"Yeah what about it?" I shrugged and began walking around. You know how you do the weirdest things when you're on the phone? Well that's happening to me now.

"Your being stuck up because you like me," he laughed.

"Luke I don't like you" I sighed. I mean he's attractive and all but he's personality isn't for me. He's not my type.

"There we go again," he said. This guy, unbelievable. He is so full of it.

"Screw you," I hung up. I then got a text message.

How in the world did he get into my phone. I rolled my eyes and turned off my phone, so he wouldn't call or text me. Now I could enjoy my day with Ari. Maybe.

I'm so tired of Luke Hemmings. I was done with him. I set down the shopping bags and plop down on my bed face first. Ari's phone got an alert as she sat down on the bed. "Looks like everyone got their schedule changed." she says showing me e-mail. I quickly cut on my phone. "Tell me your classes." Ari says starring at her phone.
