Thank God it's lunch time. I don't know how much longer I could've lasted in math. As I'm walking through the crowed halls, I spot Ari. My thoughts immediately stop.

"Heyyy best friend" Ari says walking with me into the lunch room, which is packed with students.

"Heyy" I smile

"Okay so I told the girls you were back!"

"The girls?" I looked at her confused

"Yeah. Jade, Simone, Liv, Leah, and Shannon! Duhh how could you forget"

"Oh yeah, how could I forget about them" I laugh. I search the room for "The girls" and find them in the dead center of the room. Jade waves spotting Ari and I walking towards the table.

"Hey girls " I say shyly

"HEYY" they all say. I could tell they were excited to see me.

" Oh my god Jessi we have missed you" Shannon says.

"Ew, she's back" Liv says. I give her the look.

"I'm just playing!" she says laughing

"Bruh, Jessica what the hell is wrong with you for leaving me.. I mean us!" Leah says crossing her arms. I could tell she's joking.

" Uh, I'm sorry?" I chuckle a bit

" Whatever just don't do it again" Simone says smiling at me

" Trust me I won't" I say

" Oh my God! We need to have a girls night on Saturday at my house. We can all sleep over and tell Jessi about what's happened!" Jade says excited. Everybody agrees with the idea. While still talking about girls night, Colton walks past me tapping my shoulder smiling and keeps walking. I blush at the table.

" Yeah, on Saturday Jessi can tell us all about her and Mr. bad boy over there" Simone says

"Oooo it's only the first day and you have a crush on Colton" Liv says

"Hah No! I just-" Ari cuts me off

" Lies. I saw you two flirting earlier in gym class."

"The lies you tell" I laugh

" Okay well, we will have to finish this conversation later because lunch is over" Leah says smiling. We all get up from the table and clean our trays. In the hall we all spilt our separates way except for Ari.

" Jess I forgot to say what I was supposed to tell you at lunch" Ari says

"Oh yeah. Heh I forgot I had to tell you something too. Anyways catch you later." I say walking off

"Okay, come to my house after school! I live at The Gates!" Ari yelled so that I could hear her.

"Okay students class is dismissed. Have a nice afternoon." Mrs.Wiggins said. The class flooded out the door. As I'm walking out the door Colton puts his arm around me.

" Hey bae. I was think I could give you a ride home?" he bites his bottom lip.

"Ha, funny but I'm not your bae." I roll my eyes walking outside. He jogs up to me

" All I'm asking is if you want a ride... Bae" He smirks knowing I'm annoyed

"Ugh where's the car and stop calling me bae" I cross my arms.

"Uhh it's the black car over there" he says.

" You seriously have a convertible! That's so cool." I said walking towards it.

"Yeah so where ya headed?" he says getting into the car.

"The Gates." I say.
