littles: jaemin and mark
caregivers: jeno and johnnymark and jaemin get along very well when they're little. mark loved having a little brother who followed him around and copied everything that he did. sometimes though, it would result in them getting in trouble.
"nana draw wit markie! it fun!" mark whisper-yelled to jaemin who was sitting on the floor with his blue glittery paci in his mouth.
the younger just stared blankly at mark. he didn't see any paper so where would they draw?
"b-bu' no pwace to dwaw..?" he said, confusion written all over his face.
mark sighed and sat down next to jaemin and handed him some crayons.
"dwaw on walls! markie do it all da time! nana do it wit me!" he said, his voice louder this time.
jaemin was scared that he'd get in trouble if he drew on the walls. his caregiver never allowed him to do that.
"noo nana no wanna get in twouble.." jaemin turned his back to mark and crossed his arms.
mark rolled his eyes and handed the younger a few sparkly crayons.
one thing to keep in mind is that jaemin loved anything that had sparkles or glitter.
the boy gasped and admired the crayons.
"you use sparkles to dwaw! dont be baby! dwaw wit me!"
despite his headspace usually being 0-3, jaemin really did not like being called a baby unless he was being praised.
he pouted and moved closer to the wall with his friend and they began to draw. mark was busy drawing his tiger when jaemin looked over from his small flowers that were lining the bottom trim.
he looked back at his drawing smiled a bit but that smile faded the second he heard the door opening. jeno walked into the room, his eyes widening when he saw the two had done to johnnys walls.
"johnny you might wanna just stay downstairs.." jeno called, looking over the railing that looked over the living room.
this of course concerned johnny, the older going upstairs anyways. he entered his room and found jeno holding a now crying jaemin and mark sitting on the bed.
he didnt see anything wrong with either of their boys so he wasn't sure what had happened until he looked down at the wall.
he closed his eyes and sighed before sitting down next to mark.
"what did i tell you about drawing on the walls?" he asked.
"no dwaw on walls...but nana was sad a-and markie wanted to hewp!"
johnny shook us head and stood up, mark following.
"if he was sad then you should've told one of us. drawing on the walls and getting in trouble isn't going to help."
mark pouted and looked at jaemin who was crying softly in jenos arms.
"i sowwy dada...i hewp wash"
johnny smiled and kissed marks forehead before leaving to go get the cleaning supplies.
when he came back, jeno was sitting on the floor with both littles, jaemin making grabby hands towards his bunny that was sitting in his bag on the floor.
jeno handed the stuffed animal to jaemin and stood back up to help mark and johnny clean the walls.
luckily for the caregivers, it only took a couple minutes because the drawing were small and not colored in.
by the time they finished, jaemin had crawled over to them from where he was playing on the other side of the room. he sat at jenos feet and waited for the older to pick him up.
johnny lifted mark into his arms turned so the littles could see each other.
"markie sowwy nana...jus' wanted you be happy not sad."
due to jaemin being very deep in little space, he just smiled and giggled, hiding his face with his bunny afterwards.
"you two are lucky you're so adorable" johnny joked, both littles smiling shyly.
mark and jaemin eventually found something else to do that wasnt drawing on the walls. they sat on the couch and watched tangled, requested by jaemin, until they got tired.
the caregivers looked over to find them asleep all cuddled up under a blanket, jaemin cuddling his bunny as well. they really are adorable and johnny and jeno were beyond grateful to have them.
