The gifts...

Touka pulls out small baby clothes and cute bottles and binkies. Touka takes the babies as I look at the gifts. A smile lights Kaneki's face, my eyes swell with tears. "Kaneki," I weep. "I love you." I hug him. He smiles at me. "May I ask, wait are you going to do with your hair?" Touka asks bouncing the babies, me and Kaneki look at each other.

"Nothing." He responses. "What?!" Touka says shocked. "We're not changing it." I say putting the bottles back in the bag. "Okay, you're joking right?" She laughs uneasy. Kaneki stands up taking Akki from Touka. "No." He says as Akki grabs his finger with his hand. I sit on the couch as I gesture Kaneki to give me Akki.

"Oh yeah, I forgot something." Kaneki helps me stand up and walk into the other room as I hold the sleeping baby in my arms. He takes me in a room with a baby crib, it's wooden and can rock. 'Okay why the hell am I getting excited about this. I just want to sleep!' I think as I stare at the crib. It's just about big enough for all three of the babies.

"Do you like it?" He smiles. I nod my head with a smile. "Good." He hugs me, it seems now that we have been through hell, he's stronger and powerful I think I am too but when no one us around his uke side comes out like he used to be. More gentle and sweet and less of a sexy bad ass.

Touka walk in with Yukki and Kaori looking at crib. "Kaneki did you get this?" Touka asks looking at him. He scoffs and looks away from her eye site. Touka looks at me to answer I just shrug and Touka get frustrated. I'm new to this so how do you do this, but I cam ask the manager, he kind of seems to know everything.

I gesture to Touka to give me my children, she sighs handing them to me. I stare into Yukki's eyes making me want to cry, Yukki grabs on my finger with his tiny hand. I look at Kaori, her sleeping in my arms, Kaneki looks at me nervous that I might drop one of them.

Kaneki takes Akki as Touka leaves the room, I'm still feel like I'm going to pass out but hold up for the little ones. "You should get some sleep." I place my forehead softly on Kaori's. "Just a little longer." I whisper. "Okay." He says.

I half smile and hold back my tears. I walk and lay Kaori and Yukki in the crib. Kaneki walks up and lays down Akki, then wraps his arm around me. We stare at them until I start falling asleep standing up.

Kaneki picks me as I snuggle in his chest, he walks me to the conference room laying me down on the couch. I hear the door shut and I drift to sleep.
