My eyes flutters open. "Where am I?" I softly ask, hoping someone heard and could answer me. I sit up to be met with the same darkness I was met with before 3 months ago.

"How am I back? HELLO?!" I cried out.

No answer.

Once again...

But this time a non-stop horn and beeps of machinery can be heard from a distance.

"AHHHH!" I heard a scream. Weird, it was the same scream as last time. "What is happening?" I ask out loud. I was walking along the darkness and unlike last time I see a wooden door up ahead.

It looked like my room door.

I placed my hand on the door as it creaks open.

...

Y/n sat at her desk, writing a paper that was supposed to be due yesterday while Miyeon laid on Y/n's bed watching TV.

The creaking sound of the door was heard, so they both turned their heads towards the person who just came.

"Girls, the guests are going to be arriving soon. Why aren't you guys dressed and ready?" Mrs. Cho frowned.

"Do we really have to attend this party?" Y/n whined. Miyeon agreed, "Yeah. You guys throw these parties like every month and Y/n and I have no purpose to go."

"But this is a special party." Mrs. Cho nodded.

The girls snickered. "That's what you said last time." Y/n said.

"Okay then do it for me."

"You also said that last time." Miyeon said.

Mrs. Cho sighed, "Okay um...do it for your father- please girls, all I'm asking is for this one night. Just this night." She pleaded.

"And I promise your father and I will move our parties elsewhere and you girls won't have to attend all of them."

Miyeon sighed, "Fine. We'll get ready."

"Great. Thank you girls." Mrs. Cho smiled.

Y/n let out a light chuckle, "Why is this party so special to you anyways?" She asks.

"It's not me the party is gonna be special for." Mrs. Cho smirked before leaving the room.

Y/n furrowed her eyebrows and looked at Miyeon, who was doing the same thing. No one said anything as she just shrugs.

-

"Hey Y/n. Do you think the white heels or the red flats will go with my- woah."

"Y/n that dress- you look- oh my god forget my shoes, you look amazing." Miyeon exclaimed.

Y/n turned from her mirror and faced her sister with her flowing light purple dress on, "Do you think so? I mean I wore this to the last party but I don't know why wearing it now feels...different."

Miyeon shook her head. "Maybe you're just hungry." She grabbed onto Y/n's hand, "Let's head downstairs." She smiles.

"But you're shoes..." Y/n stopped her. Miyeon snickered, "Oh right. I'll be right back."

"Y/n. Miyeon. I'm so glad that you girls made it." Mrs. Cho smiled. "Y/n honey, why don't you head into the main room and get yourself a drink. And Miyeon, follow me."

"Okay." Miyeon furrowed her eyebrows as she did what her mother said.

Y/n sighed at her mother's weird actions and walked into the room with all the guests, the table with food and drinks, and her father greeting all the guests.
