"So how did it go?" Mark asked Jeno once he arrived at the dorm.

"He wasn't there. Apparently, he's avoiding us." Jeno sighed and threw himself on to Mark's bed.

"And why do you have to sulk in my bed?" Mark grumbled.

"You know what really bugged me?" Jeno continued.

"Oh yeah, great. Don't listen to me because I totally wasn't talking." Mark scoffed.

"Haechan said that Renjun's been told that he was disgusting and a freak, all because he had two soulmates. Tell me, is having two soulmates a bad thing?" Jeno pondered.

"Who is Haechan?" Mark questioned but then went back to the question he was asked.

"I would say that having two soulmates is weird. It's not a bad thing but it isn't normal and doesn't happen often." Mark shared.

"What do you mean, it's weird? You do know Xiaojun, Hendery and YangYang are soulmates right? Polyamorous relationships are more common now." Jeno whined.

"Xiaojun, Hendery and YangYang are soulmates?!! You know what, that actually makes a lot more sense now." Mark realized.

"But polyamorous relationships aren't common. They're rare. If it weren't for you and Jaemin, I wouldn't know that a soulmate relationship or even just a relationship with three people was even possible." Mark reckoned.

"Then you're just close-minded. I'm going to sleep, wake me up for my next class." Jeno uttered then yawned and covered himself up.

"Set an alarm. I'm heading out." Mark complained.

"Where?" Jeno asked as he pulled his phone out of his pocket.

"I'm going to Johnny's." Mark responded.

"Why are you going to Johnny's frat so early in the morning? Are they throwing another party?" Jeno joked and set his phone on Mark's nightstand.

"No. He wants to talk to me about something but he didn't specify." Mark answered.

"Well, have fun!" Jeno called out as Mark walked out the door.

Mark made his way over to Johnny's dorm. He was pretty close with Johnny, he met him about a year ago and the two got along really well. When Mark met Johnny, he was already in a relationship with Ten and he made a lot of friends through Ten. He was thankful to have a friend like Johnny that introduced him to wonderful friends.

"Mark! What took you so long?" Johnny smiled. Mark let himself in and laid down on his couch.

"I walked." Mark answered.

"What did you want to talk to me about?  It sounded urgent." Mark asked. He remembered the conversation they had on the phone and Johnny sounded on edge and concerned.

"Nothing serious. I just wanted to know a little bit more about Doyoung, Jeno and Jaemin." Johnny revealed and Mark sat up confused by his response.

"Why?" Mark demanded.

"Wow there. No need for hostility." Johnny laughed. "You've known Doyoung, Jeno and Jaemin for a long time, right?" Johnny asked.

"Practically my whole life, yes." Mark answered.

"I spent a lot of my life with Taeil and Renjun. They're my friends and I'm just looking after them." Johnny explained.

"What do you want to know?" Mark pondered.

"The only thing I want to know about is past relationships. What they think of their soulmate? Do they think of soulmates the same way you do? Or do they think of soulmates the way Yuta does?" Johnny ranted.

"Nobody thinks of soulmates the same way Yuta does." Mark commented.

"Doyoung was once in a relationship. I think it was a middle school relationship so those don't really count. He was dating this girl who cheated on him. He didn't really care because he knew she wasn't his soulmate. Jeno and Jaemin have only ever dated each other." Mark continued.

"Doyoung has been desperate to find his soulmate for years and so have Jeno and Jaemin. They don't look at soulmates the same way I do. Jeno and Jaemin knew they were soulmates in third grade but they decided not to become official until they met their missing piece. As they like to call him. The only reason they started dating is because in high school, everyone had their eyes on Jaemin so Jeno got jealous and asked him out in front of everyone.

Trust me, your friends could not have better soulmates." Mark concluded.

"I'm glad." Johnny smiled. He was happy to know that the people he considered family were in good hands. He looked down at Mark's exposed wrist and hoped that there was no connection between the two. If there was, a person he considered his little brother would go through a lot of pain, pain he didn't deserve.

"What about your friends?" Mark asked. "Doyoung didn't talk to Taeil the other night because he was really drunk and he wanted him to remember the first words he said to him. Why was he so drunk? Also, Jeno told me that Renjun is avoiding them and he even ran away from them at the party. What about them? What do they think of soulmates?" Mark questioned.

"My friends are a little more unstable than yours." Johnny chuckled nervously.

"Taeil went through a break up recently, he found out his boyfriend was cheating. He didn't take it very well and Renjun, well, he has the same thoughts on soulmates as you do." Johnny mumbled. Mark laughed.

"So you were worried about your friends getting hurt when there's a much bigger possibility that my friends get hurt." Mark criticized.

"Yeah." Johnny stated.

"Why exactly?" Mark asked.

Just as Johnny was about to respond, the door swung open. Yuta walked into the room and froze when he saw the two.

"Oh hey, I thought you would be at Ten's." He laughed nervously and set the grocery bags on the floor.

"You bought groceries? Great, we were running low." Johnny smiled.

"They're not for you." Yuta hesitated. Johnny looked at him confused and so did Mark.

"I'm having a date with my boyfriend. I have to cook and set up so you two have to leave." Yuta rushed Johnny and Mark out of the room.

"You might not want to come home." Yuta commented as he shut the door on them.

"They better not do it on my bed, again." Johnny fumed and Mark looked at him with disgust.

"I didn't need to know that." Mark added.

"Oh shut up, you virgin." Johnny teased him and they walked away from a struggling Yuta.
