Johnny was on his way to Ten's house and the events of last night kept replaying in his mind.

a few hours ago..

"Hey, Mark Lee! How's the party?" Johnny asked as he hugged his friend.

"Yeah, the party's alright. We just bumped into some pretty drunk fellows though." Mark shrugged and looked around looking for a specific someone.

"Didn't you come with your friends?" Ten asked and Mark turned to look at him.

"Oh, hey Ten!" Mark smiled and gave him a hug as well.

"Nah, Jisung is with Sungchan and Shotaro, Doyoung is chasing his soulmate and NoMin went to go help that drunk dude, Chenle." Mark responded and once he found the people he was looking for he waved at them.

Lucas, Xiaojun and Hendery waved back and called him over. He was about to walk off when Johnny stopped him.

"Wait, did you say that Chenle is drunk?" Johnny asked with concern laced in his voice.

"Uh, yeah. Him and two other guys. Chenle apparently went to go throw up in the backyard and some Renjun chased after another dude who went look for Taeil? Oh and Taeil is apparently Doyoung's soulmate? The whole thing is really confusing." Mark shrugged and walked off.

"I have to go look for them." Johnny voiced and as he was about to walk away, he was pulled back by his soulmate.

"Johnny? Why do you care about them so much? We've been together for almost four years but you've still never told me anything about your past." Ten sighed. He was a little intoxicated and that caused him to finally speak his mind.

"This is really not the time, babe." Johnny smiled and tried to get away again.

"No, I want to know! You always say that it's complicated or you give short and vague responses. Responses that make me more curious than I was before. Mark said Jeno and Jaemin went to get Chenle and that Renjun went to get the other one so they're not in danger." Ten snapped.

"Babe, you're a little drunk. You don't know what you're saying." Johnny smiled and gave Ten a brief kiss before walking away.

"Stop!" Ten ran up to Johnny and stopped him from going back downstairs.

"Don't tell me I don't know what I'm saying! I know exactly what I'm saying and what I'm saying is that I want answers. I always bite my tongue and never ask about your past but sometimes you put other people before me. I always think 'oh it's because they've known each other since they were kids' but is it? You walk away from all the time when it comes to your friends.

During my dance performance 3 months ago, you left early because your friend called you over saying it was an emergency but you never told me any other details. When we were supposed to have dinner with my parents 2 months ago, you left because your friend needed you. When my best friends offered to treat us to dinner last month so we could all hang out together, you bailed and said your friend was in trouble. Last week, you missed our date because one of your friends was missing. Tonight, you're leaving me because your friends are drunk.

You never tell me which friend, you have never introduced me and you never explain! And, i'm really sick of it." By now Ten was crying furiously. He could no longer stop the tears and watching his soulmate cry, Johnny felt utterly heart broken.

"But you what, it's fine. Go help your friends. They need you and I've gotten used to being abandoned by you."
