"Please. Please, don't make me go to school!" Renjun cried.

He was currently being dragged out the front door by his best friends. Renjun insisted on staying home the entire week but both, Chenle and Haechan, were not going to let that happen. They understood that Renjun was scared and he wasn't ready to welcome his soulmates into his life but Renjun didn't have any classes with Jeno or Jaemin today so there was no reason to stay home.

"What if I bump into them?!" Renjun shrieked.

"Calm down, okay. You have never bumped into them before so why would you bump into them today?" Haechan explained.

"Because they'll be looking for him." Chenle added obliviously.

"Thanks for helping." Haechan smacked Chenle's arm.

"What? I just answered your question!" Chenle grumbled.

"I didn't need an answer." Haechan retorted.

"Sometimes I wonder how we're all still friends." Renjun murmured.

"The only reason we're friends is because I can't be bothered to go meet new people." Chenle jokes.

"Chenle's rich, that's pretty much the only reason." Haechan jokes.

"I need new friends." Renjun whispered.

"We all do. Now, let's go!" Haechan yelled.

The three best friends walked side by side, towards the bus stop. Haechan and Chenle didn't give Renjun a chance to change so he was wearing black sweatpants with a grey hoodie. He didn't mind because this made it easier for him to hide from the two lovers, who were searching for him.

"So, how do you feel Chenle? You have a class with Jisung today, don't you?" Haechan asked.

Chenle had decided to wear similar clothing as Renjun so that he, too, could hide from the one person he's admired for about a year. Unlike Renjun, Chenle wore black jeans with a black hoodie. Haechan smiled at his best friends, they were both currently sinking into their seat and regretting ever waking up this morning.

The bus dropped them off at the nearest bus stop near campus which was right in front of Taeil's bookstore. They walked into Taeil's bookstore since they still had some time before their first class started. The bell above the door rang signaling Taeil that new customers had arrived. He turned to greet the newcomers but chuckled when he recognized the three hooded figures.

"It wasn't that cold when I left home this morning." Taeil teased.

"Well, those two want to hide from their soulmates and I just couldn't bring myself to care about my appearance today." Haechan sighed.

Taeil laughed at Haechan's comment and proceeded to help the customer he was currently with. Haechan leaned against the counter, Chenle hopped onto the opposite side of the counter and Renjun walked around the counter and sat on Taeil's chair.

Once the customer had left, Taeil turned back around to find the other three comfortably spread out across the counter.

"Sure, make yourselves at home." Taeil chuckled.

"Don't worry, we won't be here very long." Chenle reassured him.

"Yeah, you two have people you have to go talk to." Taeil commented.

"On second thought, we might be here the whole day." Renjun laughed.

"No way. You all have to go to class, unless you want Taeyong to kill all of you." Taeil warned.

A shiver ran down their spines at the thought of an angry Taeyong. A sight that they've seen many times but a scary sight nonetheless.

Chenle was ready to face Jisung, he was ready to talk to him and figure out what would happen to them. He had spent the entire night wondering what this meant for them. He wondered what was going to happen now that they knew they were soulmates. Yes, Chenle was scared to talk to his long time crush but his need for answers was much stronger than his fear.

Renjun was ready to run away from Jaemin and Jeno. He was not ready to face them and although he had many questions, his fear was stronger than his desire for answers. He was afraid of rejection, pain and love. He was happy with the way his life was at the moment and he didn't want anything to change. He didn't want to be in pain anymore.

Haechan was ready to fail his math exam. He failed to focus last night and ended up playing Overwatch with Johnny until 4 in the morning. :)

Unlike Renjun and Chenle, the only thing Haechan was worried about was passing out from exhaustion. He was determined to get a large cup of coffee at the canteen before his first class.

"Okay, we should start walking to campus." Haechan announced.

Renjun groaned loudly and tried to make him stay a little longer. Chenle had hopped off of the counter and was ready to go which left Renjun no other option but to walk with them.

"Good luck, kids!" Taeil smiled and waved them goodbye.

He returned his attention to the four books that were scattered on the counter. The previous customer was having a difficult time choosing a book and had left behind a few books which Taeil had to return to their original spots. The bell rang while he was returning the books to their original spot and he was too far to look over at the customer.

"I'll be with you in a second!" Taeil shouted.

Taeil rushed back to the register where a new customer was waiting for him.

"Hi! How may I help you today?" Taeil beamed.

The cute customer smiled back at Taeil. Taeil found himself at a loss for words when he looked at the customer's beautiful smile.

"I came here for you." The stranger smiled.

"W-Wait. T-Those words." Taeil stuttered.

He looked down at his wrist to make sure he wasn't making things up. Once, he confirmed that those words were the first words his soulmate would say to him, Taeil found himself growing red and flustered. He had been told by all his friends that he had met his soulmate while he was completely wasted but the embarrassment of that hadn't hit him until just now.

"My name is Doyoung. We met at Johnny's party." Doyoung smiled.

"H-Hi." Taeil muttered.

"It's nice to finally see you again." Doyoung beamed.

"I don't remember meeting you the first time." Taeil whispered. He didn't expect the other to hear him but he did and his comment caused Doyoung to chuckle. Taeil looked up at Doyoung in awe at the sound of his laugh.

"You were pretty drunk on our first encounter." Doyoung smiled.

"You don't even remember saying this." Doyoung showed Taeil his wrist.

Taeil face palmed once he finished reading the sentence on his soulmate's wrist. He wanted to bury himself in a hole right about now.

"I'm so sorry about that." Taeil apologized.

"Don't be, I love it." Doyoung smiled even wider causing a storm of butterflies to erupt in Taeil's stomach.
