Was Draco really willing to give up so easily? He knew that I had to be Cedrics girlfriend a little bit longer. I understood that it would hurt a bit, but I'd rather hurt Draco's feelings than shake Cedrics confidence right before the most dangerous task yet, he could get seriously hurt.

I left the room not wanting to deal with Draco's dramatics, and went straight to astronomy where I took my place next to Harry.

"May who were you meeting with last night? Because it wasn't Cedric, everyone adores you together, so who are you keeping a secret?" Harry asked me, and not three seconds later his answer walked into the room.

"Harry I can't talk about this. I'm sorry, but I assure you I will tell Cedric, I just can't risk throwing him off right before a task so dangerous." I defended.

"I understand." He nodded.

"Are you nervous for the last task tomorrow Harry?" I had almost forgotten he was competing too.

"I just have a bad feeling about it. May if I don't come back-"

"Don't you dare finish that sentence Harry." My hand shot to his arm without even thinking. "Tell me when you come back." Harry simply nodded once more and got to work, leaving me in thought for the rest of class.

Two of the people I loved the most would soon be facing a deadly task. Krum could drop dead for all you cared, but just not Harry, and please not Cedric. I didn't know what to expect from this last task, but it was nothing good.

I stayed in Cedrics room with him on our last night. He played with my hair as I laid on his chest, feeling his heavy breathing against the back of your neck.

"May, if I don't come back-"

"Shut your mouth Cedric Diggory. You will, because you promised you would always come back for me, and you're not breaking that now." I said through teary eyes.

"May please don't stop me from saying goodbye." He sighed.

"It's only goodbye if you leave, and you won't." I said looking up at him, and then pulling him into a kiss.

In the end, I would have chosen Draco, but that doesn't mean I don't love Cedric. I loved them both, and right now the only difference between them was that there wasn't a chance of Draco dying tomorrow, so for tonight I chose Cedric.

I climbed on top of Cedric in his bed as our kissing intensified, filling my senses with lust and love. His hands gripped my thighs as I began to grind my hips into him, and he let out a sigh of release.

"Make love to me tonight May Kingsley." I nodded and leaned down to kiss him once more as I pulled down his only piece of clothing, his boxers. I was naked underneath his t shirt, and as I slid it off over your head he admired every aspect of my body.

I hovered over him on my knees, and slowly slid down as he entered me, tossing his head back. I was sure to keep the pace slow, letting the moment last as I rode him.

"Cedric." I moaned making him lose his patience. He flipped me over on my back, never once pulling out, and he began to thrust into me faster. "Cedric." I moaned once more making him go faster.

"You're mine." He groaned as he grabbed my breast and squeezed them to cope with the pleasure. "I love you."

"I love you Cedric- oh fuck." I felt yourself reaching my high, and Cedric noticed. He pushed into me faster and harder until he reached his high, combining with mine.

He rolled over next to me and pulled me close, as we both fell asleep together for the last time.

When I woke up his head lay on my stomach, complete opposite from how we fell asleep. His hands wrapped around my waist as if he woke up and wanted my comfort. I played with his hair until he woke back up, immediately looking up at me.

"Good morning my love." His voice made me melt, and his words made me smile. How could I bear the thought of not having this again? I knew this would be the last of me and Cedric, so I let ourselves have today.

"Good morning handsome." He smiled with his bright teeth at my compliment and then pulled me on top of him laughing. Cedric leaned up and kissed me before grabbing the back on my neck and pulling me down with him.

"Mhm remind me of how last night went again." He smirked.

"Well it started with this." I began to grind my hips into him as he let out a moan grabbing my thighs. "Does this seem familiar?" I teased.

"Mhm." He muttered not able to speak. I leaned down to kiss him once more before hopping off him. "Hey I wasn't done." He complained.

"You need your energy, and you need breakfast Cedric." I threw a shirt at him.

"Well if you ride me like a good girl I won't waste any energy." He said throwing his shirt off the bed and I rolled your eyes.

"Get up Ced." I laughed.

"I am up." He smirked.

"Not that kind of up!" I yelled throwing pants at him as well, but he threw those to the ground as well, this time standing up. He ran over and grabbed my waist from behind kissing my neck. "Cedric." You moaned, trying to find the self control to stop him. "Oh Cedric." I turned around and leaned into a kiss pulling him close to me. He lifted me up to wrap my legs around him, and then carried me back to bed tossing me down.

"Round two love." He smirked.

The air was grim and cold, as I stood next to my dark haired hufflepuff before he went onto the field. I held his hand tight and stood with him, foreheads pressed, not saying a word.

"I love you May." He whispered breaking the silence.

"I love you too Cedric." I whimpered back already beginning to cry, the whole reason I hadn't yet said a word. "Can you do me a favor?" I asked looking up at him, and he nodded grabbing my chin. "Harry, he's young, and don't get me wrong I want you to worry about yourself too but-" Cedric placed his lips on mine one last time.

"I'll protect him May." He said looking into my glassy eyes.

"God please be careful Ced." I sighed as tears fell down your cheek, and Cedric wiped them away.

"I told you, I will always come back for you okay?" At this point Cedric too was tearing up. He truly had confidence that he would make it out okay, but seeing me so worked up pained him. He pulled me into a hug as I cried into his shoulder, and when we pulled apart, I watched him walk towards the field, not once looking over his shoulder. That was it. That was the last time.
