Finally In Paradise

Is This How It Ends?

It's been only a few hours and Jiraiya has already been healed. They excused him from the hospital and we walked outside.

"That was...scary." I said to him.

"Yeah I know, but at least we are safe now." He replied.

We hugged for a couple minutes just standing there in silence.

"I'm glad you're safe." He said.

"I'm glad you're safe too." I replied.

I hugged him even tighter and he did the same.

We started walking towards the tree we always sit under. Once we got there I laid my head on his shoulder and held his hand. I closed my eyes and ended up falling asleep.

"Tsunade."

I opened my eyes and looked at Jiraiya.

"Hm? Yes?" I said while rubbing my eyes.

"We should get going it getting late." He said to me.

"Ah okay ." I said and smiled at him as he smiled back at me.

We were now going back towards the village. Safe and happy.

Or at least that's what I thought.

"SAVE HIM!" I cried so loud my heart was aching.

I was on my knees tears won't stop running down my face. It was horrible. Why? Why did this happen now? Why couldn't it be me instead?

"I'm sorry ma'am but he's gone..."

"NO NO NO! NO I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS!" I cried in loud sobs trying to get through.

Is it really over?
What's going to happen now?
Why am I still here?
Is this how it ends?

I left the hospital walking outside. Tears still following down my cheeks.

I went to the tree and sat down. Holding onto my stomach, feeling my heart ache. What will I do? I have to be here for the baby.

But who's going to be there for me?

"AHH WHY COULDN'T IT BE ME!" I screamed out loud while sobbing.

I closed my eyes after and went into a deep sleep after that.

"Haha Jiraiya!" I laughed as Jiraiya joked while we were getting out of the forest.

Holding hands walking in the night. Soon it'll be like this again except we'll have a child with us. Our child.

"Jiraiya I'm really happy to be with you." I said I smiled.

"I'm happy too Tsunade." He said as he brought me into a hug.

We were standing there in silence it was perfect. I hear a noise and I looked. My eyes widened.

"TSUNADE!" Jiraiya screamed as he pushed me out the way.

Boom!

I fell onto the ground and turned around. He's crushed.

"J-Jiraiya!" I ran towards him under the rock.

"T-Tsunade..."

"Talk to me! You're going to be fine let me get you out of here!"

I focused my chakra onto my hands and tried removing the rock.

"Ugh! Ah its so heavy!" I said as tears where coming out of my eyes.

"It's...okay." He said.

"No! It's not okay!" I said.

I started to punch the rock but it will rarely crack.

"It's no use."

I heard a voice above me.

Pain.

"What- you left why are you here again, why did you do this!" I said to him.

"I warned him, I only wanted the child but he kept getting on the way. I insert some of my chakra into the rock so you won't be able to crack it." He said.

He just disappeared after that.

"Ugh Jiraiya! Stay here , stay with me! I'll get some help!" I said.

I ran towards the village as fast as I could. I went to the hospital and screamed for help. They followed me to the scene and got Jiraiya.

We all headed towards the hospital and I helped out as they were trying to heal him.

"I'm sorry my lady, it seems like Master Jiraiya didn't make it."

My heart just shattered to pieces.
