Today is the day, transplanting my heart for you. And alam ko na kailangan mo yan, so all I have to say is Thank you for your love and your appearance, dahil this is my last day here sa mundo na ito. Pasensya na kung ito lang ang ginagawa ko sa iyo at wala na akong choice dahil ito talaga ang paraan ko para maging okay ka. Will you be mad at me when you heard the news? Will you? Please don't mad just because your heart needs it. You should be thankful. I don't want you to see you're mad in my funeral. And most of all. I will miss you and I will love you as always till my last breath.
