Gundham woke up before Kazuichi the next morning, or at least if Kazuichi was awake, he didn't come downstairs. Gundham tended to the pets and ate breakfast in silence. The next person to come down was Gundham's mom, she sat down at the table next to Gundham.
"I'm sorry about yesterday, that must have been embarrassing for you two" she began. Gundham made a quiet grunt of agreement.
"I just wanted you to know that It doesn't matter to me if you're gay, I'm still proud of you and I love you no matter what" she continued.
"Thank you" Gundham whispered.
"I've never talked to you about sex before because I've never had a good opportunity to bring it up but..." His mom started
"Wait what, we don't have to talk about this I'm not doing that--" Gundham stammered.
"This is important, when you do decide to do it, make sure to use protection and ask for consent" she explained.
"Argh, I know all of this already," Gundham insisted.
"Ok, stay safe kiddo" his mom smiled awkwardly.
"I'm going to go to Spencer's house." He swiftly changed the subject.
"Alright, be home for dinner" his mom chimed.
Gundham walked past the stairs on his way out, Kazuichi was peeling down, but he quickly concealed himself back into Gundham's room.
Gundham felt ashamed of what happened yesterday, he hadn't been able to control himself and his urges had taken over. He decided he wouldn't tell Spencer what had happened, not yet anyways, he wanted to spent time together like nothing had happened.
He pulled up to his house, it wasn't far so he arrived quickly. He pulled into the driveway, and quickly walked to the front to knock on the door.
Spencer opened to door before he could even knock,
"Welcome!" He greeted,
"My parents aren't home, do you want to play mario kart on the Wii with me" he asked.
"Sure" Gundham responded tiredly.
"Hmm, something is up with you, did something happen? Where is Kazuichi?"
"Kazuichi was really tired so he decided to stay at home," Gundham lied.
"Ahh, so it's a secret, I'll find out eventually" Spencer said, he knew when Gundham was lying because they had been friends for so long.
They went inside to play mario kart. Spencer was better at the game and he won most of the time. After a while, they got tired and decided to eat some lunch,
"Sorry my parent aren't very "vegan friendly", do you want some bread or something haha." Spencer laughed apologetically.
"If you want we can go to McDonald's to get some french fries and slushies," he suggested instead. Gundham agreed, he didn't get fast food often because it was mostly not vegan, but he loved those mcdonald's french fries.
They got in the car and they drove to the mcdonalds dow the street. They went inside and ordered their food.
"So are you going to tell me what happened yet?" Spencer asked. Gundham blushed but he decided that if he didn't tell he'd find out eventually,
"Me and Kazuichi.... We kissed last night" he admitted, leaving out the part where his mom walked in.
"Oh, I mean... I'm not surprised, you guys are perfect for each other." Spencer said.
"Do you really think that?" Gundham asked.
"Yeah, you guys seem to both really like each other." Spencer confirmed.
"After it happened I was embarrassed, so I went and slept on the couch, we haven't spoken since then" Gundham said,
"That's why I came to your house, I wanted to take my mind off of it" he continued.
"Then you have to go talk to him!" Spencer said.
"Ok, I shall" Gundham said, his confidence rebuilt.
"After this, drop me off at home, and go do it!" Spencer said.
"You're not coming?" Gundham said.
"No that would be weird, besides you might get some action" Spencer, hissed the last word through clenched teeth.
"A-action?" Gundham gulped.
"Y'know sex" Spencer whispered.
"Argh, don't say stuff like that!" Gundham said.
"Alright, I'm finished, text me to tell me how it goes tonight, or I'll assume you got that action," Spencer joked. The joke annoyed Gundham but he decided not to respond. He got in the car, Spencer made innapropriate jokes all the way back to his house. After dropping him off Gundham drove back to his house, he prepared himself, he would never admit how nervous he was driving back to talk to Kazuichi, he clutched his friendship necklace. He pulled up and parked the car in his spot. He walked into his house his mom was gone for work, so she wouldn't be able to walk in on them again. He walked up the stairs to his room, he peeked in, Kazuichi was asleep, he had Gundham's scarf wrapped around him. Gundham sat on the bed next to him and patted his sleeping head. He was worried that Kazuichi might hate him after what had happened, but they had to talk eventually. Gundham shook Kazuichi gently,
"Wake up my beau, I wish to speak to you" Kazuichi woke up slowly,
"Oh, G-gundham, hi" he seemed embarrassed.
"My beau... I wanted to tell you that... I... I love you" Gundham held his face in his hand, he hadn't planned what he was going to say, but this felt right. Kazuichi looked shocked, and he was silent.
"I apologize I shouldn't have--" Gundham started but he was cut off by Kazuichi's lips crashing into his. Kazuichi wrapped his arms around him,
"I love you too" he said. He snuggled into Gundham's chest and inhaled his soft pleasant scent.
"Let's cuddle" he mumbled into his shirt. Gundham didn't have to be asked twice, he took his coat off and layed down. Kazuichi pulled the blanket over the both of them. Kazuichi continued pressing himself against Gundham affectionately. Gundham reciprocated by nuzzling his head gently. Kazuichi started wiggling a little bit in Gundham's arms. He looked up to him,
"Um, I have one little issue..."
