(7) ~Halloween Fanservice~

Kazuichi left work a little early at around 8:20 because he had finished all of his work already. He got to Gundham's house at 8:36 and he knocked on the door. The car behind him rolled down it's window, Gundham was in the driver's seat and Sonia was riding shotgun.
"Get in loser, we're going spooking" Sonia yelled out to him.
"Aww, you don't have to be mean Miss Sonia" Kazuichi said.
"It's a reference to our favorite movie!" Sonia explained.
"It's called"Mean Girls" and it's about a group of evil mortal girls who wish to become the gods of high school" Gundham said.
"... Something like that," Sonia agreed reluctantly.
Kazuichi got in the back seat of the car,
"You guys should show it to me sometime." Kazui suggested. he didn't actually care about the movie, but it was a chance to get closer to Miss Sonia.
Gundham started driving the car. And some music started playing on the pandora station Gundham had on his phone.
"Hey, I love this song, turn it up!" Sonia said. she turned the knob on the car and the volume went up immediately. The song playing was "The last of the real ones" by fall out boy.
Sonia started singing incredibly off key, but it was still cute and somehow charming.
Gundham started singing along too. His singing voice was pretty good, Kazuichi enjoyed listening to it. Kazuichi didn't know the song so he vibed in the backseat while they sang along to fall out boy. The next song that came on the radio was "Discord" by eurobeat brony. Sonia didn't recognize the song, but Kazuichi did,
"Yoooooooooo!" Kazuichi yelled. He waited for the singing to start and he and Gundham sang along together. They both knew all of the lyrics. Sonia watched them recite the song perfectly in awe,
"Same taste in music even! You guys were just meant to be..." She said.
"Hey, what's that supposed to mean!" Kazuichi complained. The pandora continued playing bangers and they sang along to songs they knew until they got to their destination.
They parked in a gravel parking lot, the pale moon was starting to rise in the sky.
"Huwahaha, we have arrived!" Gundham announced as they all got put of the car.
"Soooo, where are we anyways?"
"This looks like where people come to get murdered." Kazuichi shuddered.
"It's called lilith's manor, we come here every year, it's a haunted house." Kazuichi was already regretting coming here, but he didn't want to seem weak. They walked through a small patch of woods to get the the front of the manor. There were huge bonfires and a snack counter. They went and talked with the woman on the front and she gave them a number. They had to wait but when they called out their number they were going to go into the haunted house. Kazuichi felt more comfortable next to the bonfires.
"I'm going to get some mac 'n cheese for myself" Sonia told them.
"Um, I'm going to stay over here..." Kazuich said. Sonia and Gundham started walking towards the snack counter.
"H-Hey Gundham aren't you going to stay over here. You can't even eat mac 'n cheese!" Kazuichi complained.
"They have the mortal food known as "french fries" and I quite enjoy them" Gundham said.
"Well, I might get lost if one of you don't stay with me!" Kazuichi exclaimed.
"But aren't you staying here anyways? If you sit on the bench right here and don't move, we will surely be able to find you again!" Sonia said.
"Oh, well, I'll just come with you guys to be safe!!!" Kazuichi decided. They waited in line at the snack counter, Sonia got her mac 'n cheese, Gundham got his french fries, Kazuichi didn't buy anything because he'd already spent a lot of his savings to get a ticket to the haunted house. Gundham nibbled on the fries, he looked a lot like one of his hamsters.
The longer they waited, the more nervous Kazuichi got. He was getting hungry because he hadn't eaten in a while. He leaned on Gundham's shoulder and let out a sigh. He closed his eyes and tried not to think about what he would have to endure once their number was called. Gundham patted his hair and continued shoving the french fries into his mouth.
"Aww, you guys are such a cute couple!" Sonia laughed.
"Hey!!! I'm not gay! I was just getting tired... I have a JOB you know..." Kazuichi complained.
"The pink demon prince is correct, we are not romantically attracted to eachother at all..." Gundham added.
"Aww, c'mon, I was joking, and if you sit like that people will think you're together y'know." Sonia said. Kazuichi scooted away from Gundham, his stomach growled loudly.
"If your hungry, you can have the dark queen's mac 'n cheese, it will be her payment for making a mockery of our friendship!" Gundham growled. Sonia mumbled something inaudible and grabbed her bowl of mac 'n cheese tightly.
"It was a joke" Gundham said, then he started laughing. He turned back to Kazuichi,
"I'm done with mine, you can have the rest" Gundham said.
"It's really fine..." Kazuichi said. Gundham grabbed a french fry and put it in his mouth while he spoke. Kazuichi ate the french fry and said,
"Mm, thanks, but I'm not hungry..."
"Nonsense," Gundam said, poking another fry into his mouth.
Gundham struggled to feed Kazuichi french fries for a few more minutes, then their number was called. Kazuichi was feeling sick to his stomach, partly from hunger and partly from fear.
They walked through the front door, it was decorated with scary statues and dark lights. They walked for a few minutes before getting jumpscared by an actor. Kazuichi jumped into Gundham's arms. Gundham and Sonia were laughing at the jumpscared, and enjoying themselves.
"Kazuichi, I will let you hold my hand if you need it" Sonia said.
"I don't need it!" Kazuichi asserted. They kept walking and Kazuichi kept getting scared at every turn. He was crying a little bit. He quietly held on to Gundham's hand and stood close to him.
After what seemed like forever the finally walked back out of the manor. Kazuichi wiped the tears from his eyes, he had not enjoyed himself, but he made it.
"Kazuichi, if we had known you hated it that much, we wouldn't have made you come." Sonia said.
"I'm sorry for making fun of you." She apologized.
"It's fine, I just wanted to prove I'm not a coward, but I guess I failed." Kazuichi moped.
"I don't really care if you don't like it, you can still be friends with us!" Sonia said.
Gundham drove Sonia to her house, and Kazuichi fell asleep in the car. Gundham parked the car in their driveway and guided the sleepy Kazuichi up to bed.
