(8)~preparation~

Kazuichi was gradually getting used to living at Gundham's house. They were still not hanging out at school to reinforce the idea that they were enemies.
This particular day Kazuichi was sitting by himself like usual, he was eating some school chicken nuggets and a bag of purple Doritos that Gundham had given him earlier. He put his headphones in to try to drown out the loneliness.
Suddenly the headphones were yanked away.
"Hey!!! What gives..." Kazuichi yelped.
"Ibuki has something to say! We're having a party tonight, and we're inviting our whole class!" Ibuki announced.
"Uh... I'll think about it..." Kazuichi said. He didn't get invited to alot of parties, and he kind of felt like this was a pity invitation. He wasn't very well liked, so he thought a quiet night at Gundham's house might be more enjoyable.
"Well, if you do decide to come, bring something yummy for Ibuki and friends!" Ibuki crowed, sauntering off to tell more people about her party. Kazuichi put his headphones back on and popped his last nugget into his mouth.

Later that day he went back to Gundham's house. He walked into the house like any other day. When he entered, Sonia and Gundham were in the kitchen talking.
"Ah, Kazuichi, what are you bringing to the party tonight?" Sonia asked.
"Oh, umm..., I wasn't planning on going, but if you guys are going I might." Kazuichi said.
"My dark Queen is bringing cookies, and I myself am bringing guacamole!!!!" Gundham said excitedly.
"I guess I could pick up some soda from the store" Kazuichi said.
"Ibuki said to wear cool clothes, so I'm going to borrow some of Gundham's clothes" Sonia explained.
".... I don't really have any clothes except for what I'm wearing" Kazuichi answered.
"I suppose you can borrow my clothes too"
Gundham suggested.
"I'm going to do your makeup!" Sonia said with an evil smirk on her face.
"What, umm... Ok?" Kazuichi responded. He didn't really want to wear makeup but he did want to be close to Sonia so he accepted her offer.
They went upstairs to Gundham's room. Sonia put on a black t-shirt that fit Gundham but was loose on her. she also put on some green cargo pants that were in the closet, but we're seldom worn.
"Can I borrow your hat tonight?" Sonia asked Kazuichi.
"Yeah, sure." Kazuichi said, handing it over.
Sonia tied up her long hair and hid it in the beanie so that some pokes out of the front but it looked short.
"I love dressing this way, but my parents don't really like it," Sonia complained.
She walked over to the bathroom and put on some dark purple lipstick.
Gundham gave Kazuichi a black Tank top and let him wear his denim jacket and some loose jeans. Sonia walked back in and looked at Kazuichi,
"Nice, I think I should put some dark eyeshadow on you and it'll look perfect!" Sonia suggested.
"Umm... I guess so, hehe." Kazuichi chucked nervously. Sonia pulled him into the bed and started brushing makeup onto his face.
Kazuichi flinched as she put the makeup around his eyes.
"Stay still, Kaz!" Sonia scolded.
"But it feels weird!" Kazuichi complained.
A few minutes later Sonia finally stopped her assault on Kazuichi's face. Kazuichi thought he looked kind of like a girl, but the others assured him it looked good. At this time Gundham was still wearing all of his normal clothes.
"Hey, why haven't you changed yet?" Kazuichi asked.
"Ahaha! We were told to wear cool clothes, and my normal clothes fit those standards!" Gundham claimed.
"Uhh, but, well, I guess so..., Ok" Kazuichi stammered.
"Some people just have that confidence I guess..." Kazuichi mumbled.
"No Kazuichi, you must take it!!!" Gundham said, clapping his hands to his cheeks.
"How do you look right now?" Gundham questioned.
"Uh, I don't know, kinda weird?" Kazuichi answered.
"Incorrect! You look cool, and as the mortals say, handsome, my prince." Gundham complimented. Kazuichi blushed, it felt a little strange coming from Gundham but it was good none the less.
"Thanks..." He said.
"The party is soon, we should get going" Sonia said. They all went down stairs, where Gundham's mom tried to tell Gundham that he looked cute, which embarrassed him. They all got in the car and drove off to Ibuki's house, stopping along the way for souda to get soda.
