(5)~The plan~

They woke up the next morning to the sound of Gundham's mom shouting.
"Get up, you have to feed your pets before school." Kazuichi woke up immediately, he was scared before he realized where he was. Gundham on the other hand was still half asleep,
"Mmnm, ok... Cham-p" he muttered dreamily. He reached out his hand, for what, Kazuichi didn't know. Kazuichi grabbed his hand.
"You gotta wake up now Gundham" he said softly, to not startle him. Gundham brought his hand to his face and rubbed his cheek against it.
"I love you..." Gundham whispered.
"H-huh?" Kazuichi stuttered.
"San-d..." Gundham said, snoring.
"O-Oh, hah, I thought you... Wait why am I talking, you aren't even awake! Wake up man!" Kazuichi demanded, louder than his last attempt to wake up Gundham. Gundham shot up in bed,
"HELLFIRE!!!" He yelled.
"Aaagh!!!" Kazuichi screamed, startled for the second time this morning.
"Uh, apologies mortal, you interrupted my slumber." Gundham apologized, rubbing his eyes.
"Um, your mom said you have to take care of your pets before school" Kazuichi informed.
"Ah yes, but they are not pets, they are my beasts of destruction" Gundham corrected.
"Yeah, yeah, I'm just telling you what your mom said." Kazuichi said.
"..., Listen, I need to hide my bruise, or make up and excuse or something before I go to school. Do you have any ideas?" Kazuichi asked.
"Also, I don't want to go back to my dad's house tonight, can I hide in your backyard" he said.
"Don't make me repeat myself mortal, you can stay at my house as long as you like. As for your bruise... Hmmm.... Tell them that you were defeated in battle!" Gundham suggested.
"Who would I even get in a fight with? And if I say I lost everyone will think I'm weak" Kazuichi complained.
"We'll say that we got in a fight with each other, and I will pretend to have been injured as well if it will help your fragile ego." Gundam joked.
"Hey! I bet you've never fought in your life, I'd like to see you try to get that close to my face" Kazuichi retorted.
"Ha, I could do it so easily, you would cry tears of despair!" Gundham announced, lunging for him. Kazuichi dodged and skittered for the other side of the room and stuck his tongue out. Gundham stalked over to him playfully and tried to grab him again. Kazuichi blocked him and poked his belly, causing Gundham to squeal and fall over.
"Do not do that mortal" Gundham cried as he fell. Kazuichi stood above him with a smug Expression on his face. Gundham got up shakily, he was going to get revenge for having his sensitive tummy poked.
Gundham grabbed Kazuichi's wrists and pushed him against the bed.
"I have caught you mortal, take back your words" Gundham demanded with a spy expression. Kazuichi, just looked up at him and blushed. Gundham didn't have any bad intentions, but this position definitely looked sexual, which made Kazuichi feel odd.
Gundham poked his face to signify his victory, but Kazuichi wasn't thinking about that anymore. Kazuichi was thinking about that odd feeling he had. Maybe he was disgusted, but he didn't feel bad. Maybe he was excited, but he wasn't gay, was he? He concluded that he had just gotten too riled up from their little wrestling session.
After that, Kazuichi went to wait outside for Gundham while he did what he needed to do in his house. He came out of his house with two peaches and handed one to Kazuichi.
"Oh thanks, remember we're going to lie about my bruise, so we can't walk together when we get close to school." Kazuichi reminded him.
"Yes, I remember what we discussed" Gundham confirmed. They walked on the other side of the sidewalk as they made their way to school, but they were texting each other the whole time.

Pink mortal: don't worry about it, I'll buy a sandwich or something during the lunch break.

Ham: are you sure you don't want some of my lunch, my mother always gives me too much food.

Pink: thanks, but if we eat together it will ruin the plan!!!!

They send each other some memes while they walked, Gundham sent the old animal memes to him.

Ham: I found a very cool photograph of a hamster.
*Sends hamster banana*

Pink (who knows the meme): yes, it is cute.

Kazuichi started laughing super hard at Gundham's innocence. Gundham saw him from across the street.

Ham: what are you laughing at mortal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kazuichi laughed harder at his use of so many exclamation points.

Pink: I just thought your hamster pic was funny...

Ham: then I shall make you laugh even harder.

Ham: sent an image

The picture was of an old can I haz cheezeburger cat meme. Kazuichi thought it was funny, not because of the meme, but because it was really silly how Gundham kept sending him such old memes.
They kept walking to school, and they stopped texting each other as they started to see other students that went to hope's peak. Kazuichi waited outside, Gundham pretended to limp into the school, where he entered class 2's homeroom.

Pink: are you ready? They don't know we're friends, and we have to make them think we're enemies. Look at me like you're angry when I walk in.

Ham: I will make an attempt.

Pink: just pretend I tried to pet your devas without asking ;)

Ham: that is infuriating!!! I will contort my face to express that emotion.

Kazuichi put his phone in his pocket and turned the corner and ran into Byakuya.
"Watch where you're going" Byakuya said flatly.
"Y-yeah, w-watch it" Toko hissed from behind him. She snarled at him and followed Byakuya towards the class 1 homeroom.
Kazuichi got a lot of stares while he walked through the halls.
He finally got to his class, he walked in and everyone was stay at him like the kids in the hallway. Gundham was looking at him and snarling.
