Chapter 17 : emotions

Jade's POV:

As soon as we entered the park I noticed how empty it was , sure it was a weekday and not a holiday but it was usually crowded with people from all over the world as it was a popular tourist attraction. While I was still holding onto Beddy's hand , I dragged him practically everywhere with me to check out the place. After walking around for a bit I went back to where everyone else was and walked towards Leo 

"Hey Leo , why is the park empty?" I asked him confused as to why the park was empty 

"Well princess , while you were getting ready , I called ahead to prebook the park exclusively just for today so that all of us could relax and have a great time together." He said and patted my head gently , I let go of Beddy's hand and the warmth that was once there faded and my hand instantly felt cold , I walked up to Leo and gave him a big bear hug as I whispered into his ear 

"Thank you Leo... this means a lot to me" I thanked him sincerely and kissed his cheek and turned to the boys 

"Well? what are we waiting for , LET'S GO CRAZY TODAY!!" I shouted 

"FUCK YEA" all of them shouted in sync as we ran towards the rides that usually took the longest time to wait for 

"Babe!" a hand tugged onto my hoodie and pulled me to a stop before I could keep up with the others , I turn around to see Beddy standing there smiling at me 

"Yea ?" I asked as I reduced the distance in between us 

"Nothing" he smiled , kissed my forehead and intertwined his fingers with mine 

"Let's go love , wouldn't wanna fall behind now do we?" he said and chuckled softly. There were so many emotions running through my mind , Beddy has always been like this towards me ever since we be came friends but I thought silently to myself 

'Why does it feel so different now.. what's happening to me..' 

I allowed myself to be dragged away by Beddy and found myself unconsciously staring at our intertwined hands and smiled.

' if this is what teenage crushes feel like , please let this last forever' I thought silently to myself as we walked closer towards the others who were patiently waiting for us.

"Damn y'all are so slow even my grandma walks faster than you." Jordan exclaimed loudly for us to hear

"we get it , we get it haha" Beddy smacked his arm and laughed , I smiled alongside him. My eyes lit up as the my inner kid came out while I was scanning my surroundings. Everything looked like it was so much fun, the snack bars looked especially good and I really wanted to try everything with all of them.

"Ready?" Beddy said as he gave my hand a little squeeze and smiled. 

"If it's with you, I'm always ready" I smiled gently and squeezed his hand 

"LESSSGEDDITTTT" Kai screamed as he ran off 

"WAIT FOR US YOU CRACKHEAD" Jordan and Jacob started chasing after him. Beddy chuckled and pulled me along with him 

"Let's not run and walk yea?" He said with a gentle smile to which I nodded and laughed, we started off with a lighthearted ride, the spinning tea cups. Beddy kept me by his side so I knew that I would be sitting with him 

"So who's riding with who?"   

"STOP IT IM GONNA HURL J-" Kai screamed while hitting Jordan on the shoulder with one hand and his other covering his mouth to stop himself from throwing up 

"NOT MY FAULT YOU'RE WEAK MAN, THIS AIN'T EVEN THE FAST" Jordan shouted back at him, laughing while enjoying Kai's pained face while 

"I SWEAR TO GOD JORDAN" Caleb shouted while holding on for dear life while Dong Hyun had his headphones plugged in and just sat there lifeless.
