Chapter 13 : I don't like you

Lucas POV :

I'm so glad I came out to apologize to clumsy, it hurt me to watch her be carried out by Leo. If I hadn't asked called Leo with her phone, I would've lost her completely. Even though everything has already been solved and cleared out , I wanted to give her a surprise just to make her happier and to see her smile again. I couldn't bear to see her in the state I saw her yesterday ever again , it hurt way too much to witness what I did to her..

- flashback to the day of the incident in the storage room -

' That would should teach her a lesson.' I thought to myself, I wanted to scare her into thinking that shes fucking with the wrong guy. I set the timer on my phone for 10 minutes and then I'll open the doors for her to come out.

"Please ! Please open the door, I-I'm sorry, I can't be in here, let me out !" she screamed and screamed over and over again, I decided instead of 10 minutes I would make it 5 just to scare her and at the same time make sure shes alright. After a few minutes she stopped her yelling, her sobbing and her begging.

' Something's not right , it's way too quiet ' I thought to myself and rushed over to the door and screamed her name ,

" Jade! I'm opening the doors just wait. " I opened the doors to find her leaning against the door breathless and pale. She looked ghastly pale and struggling to breathe while muttering things like I'm sorry and please let me go. My heart ached as I wanted to fucking hit myself after seeing what I had done to her. I acted as swiftly as possible to look for her phone , I found it in her pocket then carried her out from the room so she could breathe better rather than having her lean against the door in a stuffy room. Jade didn't have a password on her phone, neither does she have any apps . By looking through her phone I could tell she was a simple person and only had a few contacts in her phone but they were all of nicknames and I had no idea who they were until I came across a familiar name , Leo. With no hesitation at all , I called him straight away and after the first ring he picked up

" Hello princess! Is there anything I could do for you? " He answered chirpily

" School, passed out please come and help. " was all I could say from all the thoughts running through my mind.

" Is this Lucas? " He questioned, his tone was no longer happy or excited, it was a murderous tone , I shivered in fear hearing him speak

"Y-yes" I mumbled out

" I am on the way. Do not leave her side or I will not hesitate to kill you. " he growled.

" okay. " I mumbled and with that he hung up and I waited for him to arrive while staying by her side just as he ordered. I placed her head on my lap and admired her silently, wishing I hadn't allowed my anger to get the best of me.

"I'm so sorry.. I shouldn't have done that to you.." as soon as I said that , tears started flowing with no sign of it stopping I touched her face and from then on I realized that I didn't want to lose her , I wanted to see her smile at me , laugh with me and stay by me. I didn't want her to hate me at all , I was scared of my own feelings that I almost lost her over something stupid that I've decided to do all because I was 'angry' .

Time must've flown by quickly because before I knew it Leo was rushing into the gym and yelling Jade's name out hysterically until he laid eyes on us and basically sprinted all the way from to the entrance to where I was sitting with Jade's head still laying on my lap.

" What have you done to her. " His tone leaving no room for argument or lies.

" She made me angry this morning for shoving me to the ground and I allowed my anger to get the best of me so I picked her up and threw her into the storage room for 5 minutes.." I spilled everything in detail as if I were a child getting scolded by my parents.
