Chapter 7: Evening Stroll gone wrong ?

Jade's POV:
'Smile, just smile and walk away Jade. It's gonna be okay.'

I stood there and gave that blue eyed freak the most fakest smile I could master. He turned his back towards me and walked back into his house.

' Are all boys so dramatic? '

"Jade? Are you okay?" A voice popped up beside me scaring me a little in the process

"Huh? Yea I'm okay." I replied curtly to Leo who was observing me with a questioning expression.

"Alright, go freshen up, I'll make some lunch." He smiled and disappeared to the kitchen.

"I guess I'll just go shower then." I muttered to myself.

"JADE DON-"

My eyes immediately snapped open and I realised I was still in the shower

'What the fuc-' my thoughts were interrupted with multiple loud bangs on my door

" Jade! Are you alright?" Leo's voice could be heard from the outside of my bedroom

"Y-yea, I'm fine!" I replied in utter state of confusion

' What was that? '

I decided not to think so much about what just happened and focused on getting dressed and getting out of the house for some fresh air. 

" Jade, are you okay dear? " Leo asked me as I reached the bottom of the stairway 

" Yea I'm fine, don't worry Leo. " I gave him a small smile and a thumbs up but the thought of that dream from the shower still lingers in my mind. 

" Leo, I'm heading out for a bit, I'll come home at around 7. " 

" Got it princess, be safe! " He smiled and headed towards the kitchen 

I was enjoying the wind while walking when suddenly a huge wall blocks my view,

"Erm.. excuse me?" I asked the 'wall' politely to move so that I could continue strolling around in peace. I expected the 'wall' to move aside like any normal person would but instead it followed my every move like a kid repeating the words you said back to your face.

"Hey look, if this is some sort of bet or game please stop. It's irritating and all I wanted was to just stroll around and enjoy the fresh air." I replied curtly while gritting my teeth 

" Yea no, it's no game nor bet miss Jade." He said and all of a sudden my world turned black 

" I got her boss. I'm coming back now." Those were the last words I heard before passing out but the last lingering thought in my mind was that 

' I only wanted to stroll around, was that so wrong? '
