The rest of the week went by quickly for Jimin.

On this beautiful Friday afternoon, Jimin walked with his new friends, Minji and Yoonji to lunch and met up with their other friends Chaeah and Jungkook at their usual lunch table. The friend group talked about upcoming school events and how there week was going for them. They were having a good time until Jimin spotted Jisoo walking into the lunch room a little bit late.

Her lunch in her hand, Jimin watched as she walked to the table that was about five tables away from them and sat down. Jimin frowned. He never noticed that she sat alone at all and this made him want to talk to her, so he excused himself and walked over to Jisoo's table and sat down next to her.

"Hey," Jimin spoke. Jisoo looked up from her phone and raised an eyebrow, "oh hey Jimin."

"Why are you sitting all by herself? Do you sit alone all the time?" Jimin asked. "Yeah...I'm used to it though," Jisoo replied. "I've been sitting alone for about a year now. Skye and Jackson stopped sitting with me at lunch last year. Skye started dating Tae and Jackson was basically forced not to sit with me. Even if they did sit with me, I would still be alone this year since Skye and Jackson leave after third period."

"Oh..I'm sorry about that."

"Ah, don't worry about it," Jisoo looked back down at her phone, but then rolled her eyes and tossed her phone aggressively on the table. "Great..."

"Everything okay?" Jimin asked and Jisoo ran her fingers through her hair. "Yeah I'll be fine. I was just texting Skye and Jackson. I asked them if they wanted to hang out tonight, but they can't."

Jimin frowned, "why not?"

"Jackson is hanging out with Hoseok. Skye is playing in the volleyball game tonight, but after the game he's hanging out with Hoseok. They always hang out with him. I get annoyed because it's not fair. They're my friends too," Jisoo slouched down on the table.

"Oh..." Jimin said, looking away from Jisoo for a bit. The two becoming awkward until he spoke up again, "well if you want you could hang out with me."

Jisoo sat up, "really?"

"Yeah! I'm actually planning to go to the volleyball game tonight with Tae and his friends if you want to come and hang out with us. I don't think they'll mind," Jimin told and Jisoo cringed. "Oh ew...them?"

"Yeah...? What's wrong with them?" Jimin asked.

Jisoo shook her head, "I don't have a problem with Tae and his friends. I just only ever talk to them at parties, or when Jackson and Skye are hanging out with them. I think they're nice people though. I mean my best friend is dating Tae, and I don't hate him at all. I just...I don't know."

"Oh okay...well the option is out for you if you want to come to the game with us!"

"You know what? I'll go," Jisoo said. "I got nothing better else to do anyways. Maybe hanging out with you all won't be so bad."

"It'll be fun, Jisoo," Jimin gave her a reassuring smile and she smiled back, "thanks a lot, Jimin. Also, let Tae know that if him and his little friend group make me wear pink I'll break their arms."

Jimin laughed. "Oh I will. I think I'm gonna head back to my lunch table. Do you want to sit with us?"

"Ahhh no...that's okay. Thanks for the offer, but I'd rather not sit there if Minji is sitting there."

"What's wrong with Minji?" Jimin asked with a frown and Jisoo let out a breathy laugh. "She doesn't like me very much. Let's just say...Minji and I had a little...thing going on a while back, but I won't tell you the full story just yet. I'd let Minji tell you if she wants to, but just warning you she'll probably tell you a whole different story. Like shit...the girl doesn't even like looking in my direction."
