Chapter 15

OCEAN POV

I ran to the bathroom throwing up all over the place as I held my stomach.

"You good?" Calvin said rushing into the bathroom.

"I don't feel good at all, please get me a ginger ale" I said looking up at him with tired eyes.

"Ok stay here" he said. Calvin knew she was probably pregnant and he was ready to be a dad. He truly loved ocean.

I went to grab my phone to text Kalen knowing this was probably his baby. When I went to text him and realized I was block I started to cry laying down on the floor.

"I just wanted this to work out" I said as Calvin came back in and handed me my ginger ale laying me in the bed.

"Shh it's ok if you're pregnant we can get through this together, imma run you a bath then I'm going to get you a pregnancy test ok ? We're in this together" he said.

That made me cry even more cause I didn't wanna live my life with Calvin. I wanted to be with Kalen and I was going to find a way to tell him.

I went on my phone and went to Naomis Instagram seeing the background and realizing I knew where this was.

I threw on some sweatpants and grabbed my phone heading out the door.

KALEN POV

"What you want to eat mamas" I asked amari as she sat in the chair standing up looking at the counter.

"Uhhh I want chicken nugget" she said as I smiled.

I was such a soft ass nigga for kids even though she wasn't mine I treated her like she was.

"Alright chicken coming right up" I said grabbing it out the freezer.

"The door ringing" she said hoping out the chair as she ran to the door being nosy and I followed after her. I just thought it was a package but my face dropped when I saw Ocean.

"Bro you're literally psychotic I'm calling the police on you" I said grabbing my phone as I picked up amari started to close the door but she put her foot there.

"Please Kalen, I'm pregnant" she said as I shook my head.

"You'll do anything to get with me , now get the fuck out of my face" I said laughing.

"I'm being so serious Kalen I promise" she said starting to cry.

"Are you being deadass right now? How do you know it's mine?" I asked as I put amari down and she ran to go play.

"Cause I haven't had sex with Calvin in a long time and it just adds up, here I took a pregnancy test" she said throwing it at me.

"If you don't tell Naomi I will ok?" She said starting to walk away.

"Ocean if you do that so help me that'll be the last thing you say" I said getting mad.

"Threatening the mother of your child? You're sick Kalen, I don't care you're going to be here for this baby whether you like it or not, we need food and stuff" she said going to her car and zooming off.

I locked the door rubbing my head as I went to put Amaris chicken nuggets in the oven.

NAOMI POV

I came in the house from getting some food as Amari ran and jumped on me hugging and kissing all over me.

"Hey mommy baby I missed you so much" I said kissing her.

"I miss you too mommy, there was lady here earlier" she said making me scrunch my eyebrows.

"What lady?" I said putting her down as she grabbed hand.

"She came for Kalen" she said running away.

I put on a strong face for amari as I put the chipotle bag down and went into the room seeing Kalen.

"Kalen why the fuck my daughter just said you had some girl over?" I said.

"I gotta talk to you naomi sit down" he said grabbing my hand but I pushed away.

"No just tell me right now Kalen I'm not even joking" I said getting annoyed.

"I'm sorry Naomi I don't deserve you" he said coming to hug me and I hugged him back rubbing on his hair. Whatever he had to tell me it was hurting him.

"Just tell me Kalen" I said taking a deep breath.

"I got ocean pregnant" when he said that my heart dropped.

"Are you fucking serious Kalen? Like deadass?" I asked shaking my head.

"I'm sorry Naomi , it was a few weeks ago I had ran into her and it just happened, I promise I'm not leaving you she just caught me off guard but she's having my baby" he said as I started crying.

"Just when I thought things were going for me you turn around and do this fucked up shit Kalen, WHATS wrong with you , I've been loyal to you this whole time I let you meet my daughter nigga" I said pushing him.

"I know Naomi please just let's talk this out, we can make it work-" he said but I cut him off.

"Nah nigga you can make this work I'm leaving" I said gathering a duffel bag as I went in amaris room and gathered her a bag to, leaving the apartment as I slammed the door.

Knowing me I was probably going to go back because he had a lot to explain but for now I just couldn't hand it.

KALEN POV.

I sighed noticing that amari and Naomi was gone.

I grabbed my phone texting Ocean.

Me: I want a test Ocean.. you just ruined my relationship.
222-333-4567: it's not my fault , you wanted to get your dick wet and what happened happened now we can be together.
Me: the only together we having is between my baby and that's it.
222-333-4567- yeah yeah nigga, we can do a test when she pops out.

I threw my phone to the side of the door rubbing my head.
