Victoria Hunt
Day three of training with Silas and the only thing I can compare it to is hell. My brothers had been gone, setting their own precautions for the gala and I'd been staying with Silas and his family.
Alessia and I had already pulled countless pranks on her brothers with the help of the twins and a few of her cousins but every night I felt like my muscles were going to completely fail.
I'd gotten closer to Asrael and he was beginning to talk more around me and even his family seemed thankful that he now engaged in some conversations. I didn't think he'd ever talk much considering when he wasn't he'd either look as if he was in the middle or a daydream or look like he knew everything about everyone.
We'd talked to my brothers more and figured out the plan almost completely. The first night we were all together my father had came back a business trip or something and Alex pulled me in for a talk.
I had still been beyond confused as to how he was my father when they told me he died in an accident two years ago. But it was quickly cleared up. When I was a baby Logan was my parents most trusted friend but it turned out he liked my mother as more than a friend. A few months after I was born and he knew he would never have a chance, he took me from my real parents. My mother had died on a mission five years after I was taken but my father continued searching only to repeatedly come back with nothing.
All in all it was beyond complicated but Logan had convinced me he was my real father when in fact, he wasn't. He just stole me from my family out of petty jealousy.
I guessed he had gotten over it when he met Katie but knew if he let me go my family would find me and he'd die a much worse death.
When my real father thought he wouldn't ever find me, he lost himself and ended up having to go to rehab. After he was released Alex called him but said he should do a DNA test to prove he was my real father.
As of now I was currently laying on the mat after being flipped over Silas' shoulder. He extended his hand to pull me up and I took it, breathing heavily.
"You need to use your height and weight to an advantage." He told me and I looked at him like he was crazy.
"How do you use 5'5 to your advantage?" I asked and he rolled his eyes before throwing a punch which I dodged at the last minute.
"See, you have speed and that can be all you need, that and skill. Even if you don't have as much strength as your opponent." He recited like he had told this to someone fifty times already.
"I have to get ready for my date with Sienna. We'll pick this up tomorrow, if you want to train more ask one of my cousins-" He told me but then paused, an evil smirk playing on his lips as he looked behind me.
I turned around but was too slow to stop him from completely ruining me in five different ways.
"Hey, Asrael, I have to get ready for my date but Vic still has a long way to go. You're the best so can you help her? " He jogged up to Asrael who glanced at me for a second.
