Asrael walked in first and I followed behind him, while he looked to see if anyone was still in the house, I picked up the letter and pulled the ribbon off, opening it.

Victoria,

I'm glad all the obstacles in our path have been removed some way or another and I'm sure you're just as excited as I am for this new life.

I hope you don't still have any feelings for that waste of space Rhys boy. If he really loved you he wouldn't have agreed to my terms without a moment of hesitation.

I also hear your brothers have organised an gala with all the other families and associates of said families. I know you will be happy to attend and I will meet you there.

-Blaze

This fuck is actually a psychopath.

"What does is say?" Asrael asked, walking back over. I handed him the letter and he grimaced before handing it back to me.

"That's psycho is creepy as fuck." He told me and I chuckled knowingly. I heard footsteps coming down the stairs and I looked to see my brothers all joking around.

Dumbasses.

Damon was the first to notice our presence and like I expected, asked, "Who the fuck are you?"

I rolled my eyes and handed Alex the letter, "I see the security and guards do wonders to keep us all safe." I told him sarcastically and he looked at me after reading the letter.

The rest peered over his shoulder and Damon growled, "I told you we should've killed that asshole when we had the chance. But of course, don't listen to anger issues Damon who doesn't understand when it is time to do something." He mocked Reuben's words from a few months ago.

"Who's that?" Callan asked and I turned back to Asrael, expecting him to have dissapeared like usual but he just stood there before checking his phone.

"This is Silas' cousin, he doesn't speak much. Asrael these are my brothers." I introduced them to eachother and they nodded to eachother while Damon just glared.

They all discussed Blaze and different ways to kill him while I actually thought everything out, forgetting about my feelings for Rhys for a seconds.

I didn't know if I'd ever see him again but I couldn't blame him, if it was me I'd have done anything to save my brothers. Then again, there was Asrael who I didn't understand in the slightest. He showed up like a ghost and left just as easily. I didn't know if I could trust him but he intrigued me.

There's a fucking psycho after you and you're discussing boys, with yourself?

Shut up will you, and yes. But I'm also thinking things through. See, I have an idea.
