Victoria Hunt

Rowan's expression was priceless as we pulled up outside the prison, probably wishing he'd never come with us. The three of us got out of the car and walked up to the gate.

The officer next to it grumbled and looked at us with a frown,"You guys here for Rhys?" He asked and we nodded simultaneously.

"Make sure he doesn't come back. He's put multiple people in hospital and even the security guards are scared of him." He sighed, looking deadly serious but also exhausted.

"Aw, I really thought I'd been a gift to this place."

Rhys appeared from the corner with his signature smirk before seeing us all and looking at the gaurd again.

"Feel free to let me the fuck out." He huffed and the gaurd reluctantly pressed the buzzer to open the gate.

Rhys and Vincent did their bro handshake thing before he gave Liya a side hug with a small smile. He then turned to me with a frown and walked over.

"What's wrong?" He asked, placing a hand on my shoulder.

"How do you always know?" I asked.

"Because I know you, inside and out, literally." He replied with a smirk pulling at his lips. I gulped nervously and smiled at him while pulling him into a hug.

"I missed you." I mumbled into his shirt.

"I missed you too." He stated and I stepped away when the gate opened again.

Another guy, looking around our age walked out with a pissed expression. He immediately rang someone on his phone and quite literally threw the phone on the ground when no one answered, crushing it under his foot.

"What the fuck happened to you?" Rhys questioned, a hand around my shoulder while looking at the the guy. They probably knew eachother.

"My fucking brothers didn't tell me that they found my little sister after fourteen fucking years." The guy snarled, his eyes flashing with a dangerous anger.

His eyes lit up though when he had an idea and he looked at Rhys,"It's all good though. I'll fucking kill them." He nodded seriously and I didn't even doubt it for a seconds.

"I don't want you back either Atlas, tell your family named after greek gods to sort their shit out." The gaurd grumbled while closing the gate again.

"Fuck you." The guy, Atlas, grumbled while looking around.

"They didn't even bother to pick me up the assholes. So help them when I find them, they're going to wish they were never fucking born-" he was cut off by Vincent coughing.

"Let's be on our way then." He muttered awkwardly and walked back to the car with Liya.

"See you later Clemonte." Rhys flipped Atlas off and the gesture was returned as he started walking away.

We all sat down inside the car, Vincent taking the front seat this time. I sat in the middle in the back to stop any fights breaking out and Rhys got I  next to me.

"Who's that?" Rhys asked with a frown while looking at Rowan who had somehow found a blanket to hide himself with.

I pulled it from him,"That's Rowan, my best friend from New York." I replied.

He nodded, unbothered while Rowan looked petrified.

Around five minutes into the drive to air was tense and Vincent decided to make it even worse.

"I kissed Victoria." He suddenly blurted out and my mouth hung open in shock.

Rhys' gaze snapped to the person in front of him before looking at me.

"I pushed him away." I justified and Rhys nodded with a smile.

"Am I going to like, die?" Vincent question when he turned back in his seat to see Rhys' exceptionally calm expression.

"Yes." Rhys answered curtly.

Not a moment later his hands reached out around Vincent's chair and choking noises sounded. Liya continued to drive calmly, humming to herself while pretending not the notice.

My eyes were wide as I tried to pry Rhys' hands from Vincent's neck but I was basically a bug compared to him.

Before what happened this was our friendship, chaotic. Fun. Though this time I didn't think Vincent was up for making amends with everyone.

We eventually made it back to the school. Vince was not dead. I didn't know if I was supposed to be happy or not about that.

Rowan ran the opposite way when we parked up and apparently was going to get some water. I knew I could trust him enough to tell him and he wouldn't tell anyone else.

"This is probably going to be a problem, so I might aswell say it now, the school gave up your place." Liya glanced at Rhys and realisation hit. They did. So where would he study and sleep.

I looked at Vincent only for him to roll his eyes.

"Don't look at me. I'm done with this whole, friendship thing, my brother is dead." He stated simply and Rhys' eyes blazed with anger again.

"Your brother is dead, because of what he did and you had a part in it. I don't know if you remember this but you picked up the gun and you shot him. I just finished it." Rhys spoke, his tone icy, leaving no trace of emotion. It was the truth but I didn't want to admit it was anyone's fault.

Vincent's mouth opened and closed continuously before he finally stormed away leaving the three of us alone. The air was a little lighter and Liya's eyes flickered, showing she had an idea with the bright look.

She was suddenly cut off though as soon as she was ready to speak by two cars pulling up. All eight of my brothers stepped out and my eyes widened impossibly.

"I fucking knew it bitches, she was meeting with a guy." Wyatt clapped happily.

I looked at Liya and she looked back at me with the same worried expression.

Rhys just looked amused by my evident panic and my brother's angry, confused or shocked expressions.

"Vic, who's this?"
