We were on the beach for a few more hours, just talking before we decided to head back to Silas'. I had talked to Wyatt on the phone after seeing multiple missed calls from my brothers and asked him to tell them I was fine.

The soft drum of my fingers against the table helped calm my nerves as I listened to Alex go over the plan once again. The gala was tomorrow and we didn't have the time to mess anything up. Everything had to be perfect, to ensure everyone's safety.

Asrael had trained me before we came to the meeting and now we just had to have the plan sculpted into our minds. There was no room for any mistakes, even Wyatt, who was playing candy crush on his phone knew that.

"We've gone over everything repeatedly now. If any of you mess up you're just dumb." Alex explained, taking a swig of his whiskey while we all stood up.

Asrael told me he had something to take care of for Antonio and he left soon after so I headed upstairs with the triplets. Damon had a frown etched onto his face as something flickered in eyes, worry.

Wyatt and Callan seemed to have noticed as well so Cal suggested we all watched a film. I nodded in agreement with his idea and he led us to the movie room.

I looked at Wyatt who was throwing popcorn up in the air before catching it in his mouth without a care in the world. He didn't seem worried about tomorrow, even when there was a psycho after our baby sister.

None of my brothers or Vic seemed worried so I guessed it was just me. Nothing would go wrong. Nothing could go wrong. I wouldn't let it.

Asrael had came back an hour into the movie and sat next to Vic who smiled happily when he did. She looked happy with him and I didn't know what to do. She had been hurt by two guys, what was so different about this one. You couldn't blame me for wanting to kill him.

When I was younger I vowed I wouldn't let Victoria get a boyfriend. Not when all the ones at her school were stupid idiots. But it happened and everyone else seemed fine about it, even though the first was a psycho and the second was a pushover.

"Dame, are you dead. You're just staring into space?" Wyatt questioned from in front of me.

I looked around to see Callan and Asrael gone while Vic was also stood in front of me with a confused expression.

"What's wrong?" She asked, her brows knitted together.

"Nothing." I shrugged off their attempts to find out and stood up.

"Dam-" Wyatt and Vic started at the same time and I rolled my eyes before cutting them off.

"I said it's nothing." I brushed them off and started towards the door. They weren't following me when I left so I sighed and headed towards my room.
