Pick and Choose

"Will you go to the ball with me?"

"Oh god what the hell happened last night." I hear as I slowing start to wake up. I feel a back pain and coldness but at the same time the sunlight hitting my eyes.

I wake up and see Blaise and Draco starting to sit up as well. We all are a mess and sorta confused, but then memories of the night before start coming back. It's been 2 weekend days and I hardly remember the nights before. 

"Draco and his fucking muggle drug got us high as shit." I said rubbing my eyes. 

"If I remember correctly you smoked it yourself I didn't force it it down your throat." He spat. Holy hell his morning voice.

"Whatever I just remember I felt really good, I have no regrets.  We need to head back before everyone wakes up tho." Blaise says.  He then stands up and dusted himself off. Draco and I did as well.

I can tell I only got a couple hours of sleep.  Not sure what time we fell asleep and even what time it is right now as we speak. 

I parted ways with the boys and headed back to my dorm. The halls were sunny in some spots, dark in the others.  Cold hallways but the breeze was calming. I've never walked the halls this early but it was just as beautiful as it was at night but much less scarier. 

I made it back to my dorm and slid into bed.  I didn't even want to change. It was only 5:30 am.  I'm guessing we went to sleep around 2 or 3 so no sleep at all.

As soon as my head hit the pillow I fell right asleep.

Waking up this time was a lot easier. Lulu and Piper were getting dressed and ready for breakfast. They weren't trying to wake me but they are loud talkers so they did anyways. I got up and got dressed.

Once again a lazy day.

We all headed to breakfast and sat down. Nothing more than little conversations here and there. Blaise and Draco didn't come which wasn't surprising. I bet they are still sound asleep.

After breakfast I got dressed and hung out with Lulu and Piper all day once again.

At dinner everyone was seated and Dumbledoor mentioned more information about the ball. It was a masquerade ball that would take place in the great hall this Friday at 8.  The hall filled with excitement.  People were already talking about who they were going to ask or hoping to get asked from. 

Girls talking about what to wear and what to do with their hair. 

In all honesty I didn't really know who I wanted to ask me. My first thought was Blaise but he would much rather take the girl he's been talking to. Lulu was talking about how she hoped this Gryffindor she sits by would ask her. Piper and I were undecided.    

Then like every other night we headed back and got ready for bed. I decided to write a note to my mother telling her about the ball. I figured she'd be excited and send money for a dress and such.

Dear Mum,

   We are having a Masquerade ball this Friday!  I'm so excited but have no clue what to wear.  Everyone is already talking about dates and I'm not sure if I will be asked. If never hurts to go with a couple girlfriends though. I love you much and I'll make sure to send you a picture of how I look.

I gave it to my owl and went to sleep.

Monday Morning

I got up and got dressed for the day. I went with trousers because I wasn't really feeling a skirt today.
