After buying some gifts and supplies for her home. She walked towards the ship, wanting to go home, thinking about her family and the best friend she had. Even the heaviness of the things she had to carry on her back didn't bother her. After all, all she could imagine was how things were going to be great once she arrived home.

She was walked towards the ship, giving her ticket to the man and waited for the ship to move. However, she noticed that the man who was taking her ticket had a weird gaze on her, and her chest was starting to hurt, she felt anxious when she saw his gaze. His gaze looked at her, with such a stern look, one you would give to someone who you feel suspicious of.

As she went up the ship deck, she stared into the blue ocean as the waves moved around, moving the ship ever so slightly. The smell of salt filled the air and the sea breeze was ever so strong. She would wander in her own mind, wondering if there are mermaids inside the sea, she heard that they would charm the sailors and they were beautiful, but some legends said that they are kind and would help the sailors.

As the ship started moving, the former assassin waited patiently to arrive at her next stop, staring at the sky, praying silently to herself, hoping that no harm shall arrive at those whom she loved. She had no other family left for her to lean on, and those people to her felt like a real family.

            "Excuse me."

She turned around to see an old grandma, wearing a long brown hood that covered her ankles. The grandma wore multiple charms around her clothes, some seemed like a protection charm against wolves, some looked like a monkey arm tied around her belt with a string, everything about her does not scream normal. The old lady was shaking with a cane in her hand, pointing slowly at the woman.

"Do you mind if I asked you a question?"

"What question do you have in mind?" She asked looking at the grandma curiously. Then the grandma smiled a little bit, scratching her cheek.

        "Are you Susanna Evers?"

The moment she heard the grandma said that she took a step back, she knew if someone knew her name it was too dangerous for her. Her eyes scrolled around looking at whatever the grandma might have in her pocket, checking whether something was wrong.

However, she was too focused on the grandma she did not realize that there were two large men grabbing her at the very moment. She started jumping up and kicking them away, climbing the chains of the ship, before she saw the men attempted to grab her and she jumped up high pushing them to the high seas.

She started running and climbing up the shrouds of the ship and saw more men were coming in trying to grab hold of her. She knew if she was captured this was going to be the end of her, but she kept herself calm, knowing she needed to go back home safely.

          "Get her!"

They shouted at her as she placed her hand on the mainmast, the people were climbing trying to get her. She stood on the mainmast of the ship, and quickly took out her scimitar, holding it close in her hand, hoping that no one would reach her until she figured out a way to escape.

The men started reaching the mainmast, as she stepped on their hand when they were about to climb, making them drop on the shroud once again, but there were climbing at an alarming rate for her, she was surrounded by too many men.

She realized that the more people would come, the harder is it for her to keep low. People on the deck were already looking at her, knowing that she was a criminal. Her heart was beating faster by the moment, her determination didn't fade away, she wanted to return to those she deemed as a family.

She turned her head towards the foremast, looking at the ropes above her. The people were already grabbing her leg in which she took out her scimitar and lightly scratched them, allowing her to escape as she jumped up high against the rope connecting the mainmast to the foremast of the ship.

She felt the rope was burning her hand while she continuously climbed it, her arms were feeling weak, but she knew she had to be strong. Her eyes focused on climbing towards the foremast of the ship as fast as she could, as she looked around for a way to escape before she saw an emergency boat at the side of the ship.

After reaching the foremast of the ship, she saw people were down at the deck, ready to grab her if she falls. She was thinking about how she was going to escape, slowly she slid down the shroud.

Before she started running for her life.

           "Grab her!"

"Don't let that Silver Blood escape!"

           "She's a murderer!"

She was taking in deep breaths, hoping that they wouldn't grab her, she was so close nearby the boat.

However, fate wasn't so kind to her.

The man started grabbing her by her hair, pulling as she dropped down to the ground, being held by two guys. The old lady started walking in front of her, spinning around a clock tied to a chain while having a big grin on her face. She looked at the woman who was on the ground struggling to break free.

"You think I don't remember what you've done to my son."

"I have no idea who your son is," she gritted her teeth.

"Well, just like all those other men you've killed, those other men you've seduced, that's what you are, a lowly assassin."

She clenched her fists tightly, trying to escape from the weight of the two men but she failed. The old lady took out her cane and started hitting her head, causing her head to bleed as silver-ish red blood started flowing down her head.

"My son was the previous Silver Blood, he was doing well, he was the chosen one, not a lowly assassin like you. He was exterminating werewolves and vampires, doing his job, and you," she pointed her cane, glaring down at her.

Snow couldn't do anything but kept silent before the lady hit her once again. Her vision was fading and she was taking in deep breaths, as the woman continued to taunt her.

"You are nobody, you won't do your job properly and I have a case for you, for once the Silver Blood shall be burned on the stake, and no one else would become the Silver Blood."

Snow lifted her head up, looking at the lady in the eyes, but not glaringly, she was looking at her with eyes begging for mercy.

"Please, I just want to go back to my son."

The old lady started smiling, "your son? A barren woman like you having a son?"

The people around her started laughing at her, some were looking down at her, pointing, some were throwing fruits at her. She was being humiliated, and nobody wanted to help her despite how pitiful she looked.

"I bet she stole the child from a traveller!"

"The way she climbed those masts, she must be a thief."

"Those poor, poor people, how could she kill the only son of Mother Greta?"

She knew it was her responsibility. Maybe it was the cost because she took another life away, and now her life was going to be taken away.

The old lady knelt on the ground and lifted her chin with a finger, and told her, "you are going to pay for all you've done."

She didn't resist it. She knew it was coming for her. She knew it from the start.
