I opened my eyes to see a gleam of light shining through my window and I quickly put the blanket over my head, It’s my 17th birthday today and I for once am not sick! I soon realized that and jumped up with joy only to hit my head on the roof. My parents well their rich and I love water and fish so that’s the theme of my room. I have my own walk in closet and bathroom, also my own door outside to the beach!
I quickly walked to the bathroom and stripped from my red short shorts and white singlet and hopped into the shower. I reached to turn the knob of the shower, to start the water but just as I was forcing my hand to it, it turned on itself without me touching it. What the heck!
I just pretended everything was fine and carried on with my shower, at times I would sing in the shower and dance a bit but every time my fingers flexed and there was water in front of it, the water would freeze and fall. This startled me so I got out and quickly wrapped myself in a pink fluffy towel.
I walked to my closet and searched my mall-like wardrobe. I looked at all my shorts; I only have pants that go past my knees, I HATE long pants! I chose some really light ripped jean short shorts, and a red singlet. I then grabbed my favorite swim suite; it’s a really bright strapless bikini, with white polka dots!
I slid the swim suite on and my clothes it then grabbed some brown sandals and made my way down stairs, as I tied up my hair. I don’t wear make up when I go to the beach, it’s just a waste!
“Good morning Vesi” Dad greeted me from behind his newspaper, I mumbled a quick good morning and good bye, grabbed a banana and made my way outside. Tricity and I have plans to go swimming today to celebrate! Tric was waiting for me by my bike that has pegs. I quickly aborded it as she got on the pegs grabbed onto me. “So your finally not sick on your bitrthday!?” She shouted happily as I rode, “I know it’s amazing! But I still crave to swim as usual so let’s go!” we stopped on the bike and parked it then ran down to our usual spot on the rocks by the beach. We threw off our clothes getting a few whistles from the guys which made us roll our eyes.
“Hey Preston, Jack heads up!” I shouted their way as I laughed my ass off.
“Wha-?” Jack was about to say when a football nailed him in the head making us all laugh. Tric grabbed my arm and started dragging me to the water when I heard my name, “Hey Vesi wait up!” I turned around to see a shirtless very attractive looking Jack.
“Yeah Jack?”
“Ermm… Happy birthday!”
“Thanks?”
He then started laughing evilly as he quickly jogged away.
I turned back around and Molly stood there with a bucket of mud, she threw it on me without hesitation.
“Happy birthday bitch!” Molly screamed at me as she got high fives from everyone but Tricity and Preston.
I was so embarrassed and I felt tears begin to slide freely from my bright blue eyes. Preston noticed and started yelling at Molly, which surprised us all.
“Molly whats your problem?! Can’t you be nice to the girl on her birthday?!” Molly looked taken aback from her wanna be boyfriend, “Why are you sticking up for her babe!” “Because she’s nice and you are a -----!” I then laughed but soon Tric pulled me away from the angry fest and started towards the water.
The water would calm me down and clean me. As my toes touched the water, I felt a shock go through me. “Ouch!” I yelled to my best friend who was already waste deep. “What’s wrong?” she shouted over to me. “I am not sure” I then felt my legs begin to go together and I knew something was up. This was just like my dream the night before. I got scared and ran into the water until it was just past my breast.
