"So? Why'd you do it" I put my cup down and faced him.

He looked at me for a while, "looking for the perfect lie aren't you?" I smiled and he looked down "it's not that" he said

"This will just make it worse....I'll leave you alone" he said then walked away

I was about to follow him but someone grabbed me hand "we gotta go" Omar looked at me "why?" I asked as we walked outside the building

"Sophia got in a car accident" he said getting in the drivers seat

"Bitch are you serious? You're really-"

"Just get in the fucking car Kailani" he rolled his eyes and I got in "why?" I asked "you wanted Mattia to take you back home?" He looked at me through the rear-view mirror

"No but the rest of-"

"No some had left and the others were to drunk" he said and I sighed and looked out the window

"I'll stay in the car" I said after we arrived

"Lani you sure?" Joey asked "yea" I nodded "alright let's go" Omar said then both him and Joey walked into the hospital.

After a couple minutes Omar came back and I switched over to the front seat.

"She's in a comma" he said "how bad did she look?" I asked "they didn't let us see her" he said starting the car then drove me to my house

"Thanks" I said getting off "oh um you goign to moms tomorrow?" He asked "yea" I smiled "alright I'll pick you up then" he said "bitch but pick me up like at 1 pm or something cause you always come early" I said

"Bitch I don't car it's a long ass drive" he said "fine at 11 I'll be ready" I said and he nodded then left

I saw Mattia by my door "what are you- woah what happened?" I asked seeing his face bruised up with blood running down his face

"I was leaving then remembered Roshaun took my car so I decided to walk back then these guys pulled me to this ally and well you see then I recognized the stress I was on and your place was closer" he said

"Wanna come in?" I asked "please my stomach is killing me" he said then we walked into my house

I went upstairs and changed into some grey sweatpants and grey long sleeve.

"Holy shit" I hear him say as I walked downstairs "I think I have a-woah" I stopped seeing his stomach with a couple of cuts.

"You know how to um fix this?" He asked with a small chuckled but then groaned in pain .

"Um yea let me see if I have like a first aid kit um go to the kitchen" I said and he nodded then walked out and I looked for the kit.

"You sure you-"

"Yes shut up" I looked at him

I did what I needed to do ignoring what he was saying.

"That shit hurts" he said "then be careful next time stupid" I said throwing the trash away "where'd you learn how to do this?" He said

"I have a friend and he taught me how to do things like this for when he were close and needed my help" I said and he looked down

"Xavier right?" He asked "Mhm" I nodded then went back to the bathroom and he followed behind "you need to stay still or it won't heal" I looked at him then I cleaned his blood of the counter top.
