• Kailani's POV •

"Let's go" I pulled Xavier's hand "why?" He asked as we walked through the mall trying to find the exit.

Why is this mall always so packed?

I start to grow impatient the more we can't find the exit, then Xavier grabbed my hand and lead me to an exit "tell me what's wrong" he said once we got to his car

"Remember Adrian?" I said catching my breath "Adrian like our friends or are we talking about another Adrian?" He said driving

"Jenna's brother, he's jealous about my brother and his girl" I said

"And?" He looked at me then back at the road.

"I don't know if I told you before but I had a dream-"

"Yea you told me" he cut me off so I wouldn't have to explain "yea well Jenna's brother killed Omar" I said

"Alright" he said then continued to drive past cars, I called Omar a couple times but it just lead my to voice mail.

I know things haven't gone like they went in the dream, but what if this one does?

I can't loose my best friend.

Even though his ass is annoying and shit he's been there for me and he has a baby on the way. He can't leave now.

"Don't stress about it he's going to be fine" Xavier held my hand "it seems like the only thing I can do...he hasn't answered my texts or calls" I looked at him and he sighed.

"He won't get hurt. Trust me." He looked at me then we arrived at me house and I saw a couple different cars.

I got out the car and tried running to the front door but this man aimed a gun at me "sir" he looked behind me "put your gun down" Xavier said in a serious tone.

"Sorry sir" he man looked down and let us go through "Omar?" I said walking into the house and seeing a couple of Xavier's bodyguards I guess.

"Yes?" He said from the kitchen and I ran to him wrapping my arms tightly around him. "Um bitch you good?" He chuckled but after a couple seconds hugged me back and I felt a tear roll down my face

"Ok for real why are you hugging me?" He asked and I pulled away "I thought you were going to get killed" I said and he wiped my tears

"Oh so we're in this part of the dream now huh?" He farrowed his eyebrows and I nodded.

Xavier was talking to some of this people and after a while came back to us.

"So he did come?" He looked at Omar who nodded "the police came and took him" he said "they didn't say anything about my men?" Xavier farrowed his eye brows

"I hid them in the basement" Omar smiled "he blacked out before he could looked at them enough to memorize how they looked" he added

"I didn't know you had people guarding" I followed Xavier outside "you think I'd come back here just like this?" He smiled

"No but-"

"I don't want you in danger....and we'll the rest as well" he looked at me and I smiled "you shouldn't have came then" I said helping him with some bags

"I needed to" he said and we walked up to my room.

"May I ask why?" I turned to face him and we moved closer making the gap between us smaller.
