Hey Diary...
I'm back! Did ya miss me? Probably not. I wouldn't miss me. Just kidding, I'd miss me the most. Anyways, today was definitely interesting. I feel like my writing skills are getting so much better now because I'm actually writing shit. Maybe I'll finally pass my English class this year. A guy can dream, right? So you know how mom is very... outgoing and loves when you make new friends and all that? Yeah, well, today Ryan, Blake, and Leo came over to my house. Well... our house I guess. I don't know man, this is weird. It's like I'm talking to myself but without talking. Okay, I'm going to stop talking now. Never mind, I was never talking in the first place. Oh gosh, now I'm saying this out loud. Okay, my day.
Saturday let's go! So, because it's Saturday, you'd think my mom wouldn't scream at me to wake up at seven fucking AM, right? Wrong! Haha you guessed incorrectly you suck! Yes, she did scream at me to wake up at seven in the morning. Did I actually get up? Hell no. Did she threaten to 'drag my fl...
"...at ass down the stairs if you don't get out of bed right now!"
"Okay, okay! I'm coming, gosh lady!" I yelled back.
"Excuse me? Scoot if you ever speak to me that way ever again I will rip your eyeballs out and shove them down your throat and then beat your ass with my shoes! Get down here, right now!" my mom screeched. I winced at her threat and scrambled out of bed, throwing on a hoodie and a pair of blue ripped jeans. I quickly brushed my teeth and sprinted down to the kitchen where I saw my psychopathic mother collecting her shoes.
"Mom, I'm ready," I said, clearing my throat. I had early morning shifts on Saturdays. I had tried to get an afternoon or evening shift, but they were all full. At least Blake also got thrown in a morning shift. If I was suffering, at least I wasn't suffering alone. I pulled my phone out and sent a text to Blake asking if he could pick me up. He agreed and I faced my mom again.
"Hey, mom, Blake's gonna pick me up in a few."
"You should invite him over after your shift! I miss Blake!" she suggested.
"Alright, I'll ask him. Did I tell you we got some new kids? Maybe I'll invite them over too, if that's okay."
"New kids! Yes yes! Invite them over! Scoot, why didn't you tell me earlier!" she said, flicking my forehead. I rubbed the spot, wincing.
"On second thought..."
"Go to work and invite your new friends! Bye bye Sukotto-kun!" my mom waved, pushing me out of the house and locking the door behind me. There was a honk and I looked up to see Blake's car pull up. Right on time. I ran to the passenger seat, but opted for the back when I saw Ryan.
"Well you two are sure getting along handy dandy," I teased. "Or, well, at least handy."
I raised my eyebrows up and down suggestively and watched in amusement as the two boys' faces heated up. Blake's grip on the steering wheel tightened and he sent me a hard glare from the rear view mirror.
