"DONT HURT ME, PLEASE!"

He immediately froze. "I'm begging you," I said. "If what you say is true, and you really love me, then you wouldn't hurt me."

"I have to. If I dont, then-"

"Then," I cut him off. "Then what? I don't see how harming me is a logical solution to your problems. If you really did love me, then you'd want me healthy, safe, and happy, right?"

"I want you to be mine," he mumbled. "I'm not usually like this, but you bring out this side of me."

"Quit being childish! You cant always get what you want, how you want, but," I paused. "These things happen all the time! Wouldnt you rather me be your friend than hate you?"

"Stop- JUST STOP," he yelled while clenching his hair. "Stop messing with my head."

"I'm not messing with your head," I paused. "There are just so many other solutions."

Naruto sat in his chair at the five, staring out the window. For the first time in a long time, he felt utterly useless. There was no way they could find you, no matter what they did. They didn't even know who took you, or why. There was just a bunch of assumptions.

His heart ached at the thought of losing you again.

~~~~Flashback (this is from chapter 11 in my other Sasuke book)~~~~

"So... how's training been?"

"It's been pretty good. Kakashi taught me this cool new jutsu so I don't have to use my kurome!"

"That's so cool!"

"Yea, but Sasuke hasn't mastered it yet, so I took the day off so he doesn't have any distractions."

Naruto nodded and you ate your dangos in silence.

"It's kinda weird... not training with you." Naruto eventually said.

"It is... we're always together."

"But it's fine! Because we both are getting stronger! When I'm Hokage you won't ever have to leave my side!"

You smiled and laid your head on his shoulder. "As the future strongest ninja in the world, I'll gladly stay by your side." You yawned and mumbled. "And protect you with my life."

Naruto smiled and you closed your eyes. "Let me carry you home." He said. You nodded. Naruto picked you up bridal style and you laid your head on his shoulder again. Naruto walked slowly to your house.

"Ya know. You won't have to protect me when I'm Hokage. Hopefully, I'll be the one protecting you." Naruto said. His mind wandered to the mission with Zabuza, and how you and Sasuke got hurt. "I'll get stronger to protect you," Naruto mumbled. He looked down at your sleeping form in his arms and smiled. He really loved you, you were his best friend and he knew you felt the same. Out of all the people in the village, the last person he'd want to lose is you.

He groaned and looked at Sasuke, who was flipping through that box of 'presents' once again, for any clues on where you could be.

"Is there anything we can do?" Naruto said as he looked at Shikamaru. He didn't respond for a moment. He at in his familiar thinking pose. After a moment, he looked at Naruto.

"Hinata."

"What?"

"At first, I couldn't think of any way someone could just take ___ without leaving or entering the building, or leaving some sort of trace of chakra until it hit me."

"What is it?"

"What if they used some type of space-time jutsu? The best solution would be for them to easily come and take her and keep her in their own dimension. No one would be able to see or find them, even if they're right next to us-"

"Except the Byakugam," Sasuke said.

"Hinata could find her!" Naruto exclaimed.

"But," Shikamaru said.

"But?"

"But, that isn't a guaranteed solution," Shikamaru said before standing up. "To my knowledge, there's a certain," he paused. "Circumstance when it can be seen."

"What's the circumstance?"

Shikamaru shrugged.

"The only other way for someone to access it is if they have the skill to synchronize our dimension with the other, but seeing as we dont even know what dimension or where it is, it'll be pretty hard to do it. It would be easier for ____ to get herself out, but we dont know if she'll even be able to."

"Still, I'll call Hinata and ask her to come here. Maybe she'd be able to find something while we wait for Gaara."

"I guess that would be the most logical approach."

"I could get to it using my Rinnegan," Sasuke said.

"We dont just want to run in there blindly," Shikamaru said. "Wait for Hinata and Gaara for backup."

Sasuke glared at him.

"He's right, Teme. We dont know what we're getting ourselves into."

Sasuke sighed and closed his eyes. "Fine."

I literally had to look up space-time jutsu so this shit made sense. I swear I'm just pulling these chapters out of my ass spontaneously.
